3-eggs scramble brown rice,3-strips bacon,bowl of oatmeal w/raisins,large ice water,100%whey shake.(before i leave!)

supps-1-dienedrone,3-fish oils,2-milk thistles,2-multi,3-aminoacids.

Sounds good, I like the fact that you added raisins to your oatmeal, there is some extra health from those good old anti-oxidants. Keep up the good work bro.:thumbsup:

Although if he were a true anti-oxidant nut he would have added Goji berries ;) I find them a bit bitter though, so I usually go with a cup of raspberries :D

workout went good today,i have to say that im loking alot leaner,i have some pretty nice dry-gains,and a little wet gains too!..muscles is deff. harder!
