BRITE long term results

Have to echo the above one more time. The body temp rise on this stuff is NUTS. I have had multiple weddings in recent weeks and have another this coming weekend. It's supposed to be hot/humid this weekend and I'll have to lay off BRITE for a day or two just to make it in a suit without sweating through the thing in sub 1-hour. Really insane.

That's unfortunate, because presumably, you'll want to enjoy some of the yummy fare at the weddings and Brite would help mitigate the damage. :)

Hahaha well said!

Oh, I will still be enjoying all of the yummy fare. I have been eating without abandon for the last 2 weeks on BRITE and haven't gained a pound.

Sorry to hear that. I do not experience any elevated temperatures while using. I believe I did the first day or two but nothing since. I am not complaining though lol. If I take an ECA stack though I sweat real easy whether working out or just going for a walk.

Get dat der Defuse and Slintensity ;)

Have Defuse on hand. Definitely a solid go-to in these situations.

Yeah, EC makes me sweat as well. If I take EC with BRITE I cannot get out of bed without sweating. Loving the results of BRITE though, so a small price to pay.

Found a new math equation today-

EC + t3 + Epitome+ Brite= body temp skyrocket

I honestly cannot imagine. T3 + EC is nuts. With BRITE I'm not sure I could handle it.

Will report back when do my HIIT tonight haha!

I just finished my first bottle of Brite today and I'm really impressed with the product. For about a year now I've been taking meds for hypertension (all the stims I've taken over the years), and one of my BP meds is a beta blocker, which as you know slows down HR, temperature, breathing, etc...Needless to say it is extremely difficult to lose weight and lean out with non stim supplements, diet and cardio, but I've leaned out tremendously already and plan to make Brite a staple supplement. As often people who take blood thinners report they feel cold, I have been extremely cold and Brite really turns up the heat. I am almost uncomfortably hot during the day and at night when sleeping, but it has been a welcome feeling..

Just a question, will you still continue to produce the liquid when the capsules come out? I'm probably in the minority of people who would prefer the liquid especially if the cost is lower, and I kind of enjoy the weird looks I get when I pump a couple squirts of Brite into my mouth at lunch from my fellow therapists lol.

Awesome feedback!

And yes, we will still keep the liquid version available on the EvoMuse shopify sure for those who want it ;)

The price on the liquid will increase slightly, but it won't be going anywhere. The softgels are pretty expensive, relatively, so the liquid will still be the most economical way to take BRITE.

Is it worth using 1 bottle of brite at the end of a cut? I'm thinking of adding an evomuse product for my lady. We're aiming for around 18-20% BF in 6-8 weeks but it really depends how she sees herself in the mirror. She's only taking ignit3 at the moment. What do you guys recommend?

There really is nothing in the market to compare BRITE to, as far as effectiveness and ease of use, with zero side effects.

It's a great addition to any fat loss regimen.

Another reason is I want to see how someone responds to brite in person. Never tried it myself and probably won't need it until the next cut. My personal Guinea pig haha.

For what it's worth, I'm about two weeks in, and starting to see some nice mirror changes.

They have been ordered, so I'm hoping 6 weeks.

I think I'll mostly use the liquid, but get a bottle or two for the times I might need the capsules and can't take the bottle with me..I have been using an oral syringe capped off for mobile usage..

Got my 3 pack last week and started on it. 2 squirts 3 times a day. I'm training for. Cycling race in July (have been for 3 months now). Getting a lot stronger and faster but not budging in weight. I think I need to drop 12-15lb just to be competitive. It's been very hard to keep the diet on point as each training session burns around 1600 calories. With work and life sometimes I don't have the time to eat and eat that much so end up eating lots of junk. Any idea how long will Brite need to start showing some effect?

Well, BRITE really shines in the long-term (as its true purpose is conversion of WAT to the more efficient BAT). However, the sesamol added a nice acute effect, as well. Some notice a body temp increase and others don't (and some do, and then stop noticing it). Regardless of which group you fall into, it's working.

But to answer the question of "How long will BRITE need to start showing some effect?" -- for many it's pretty quick, but at the same time, that's with nutrition, training and rest dialed in. Sounds like you're definitely burning the cals with your training sessions, but if you're loading up on junk, it's going to be harder (that said, regardless of WHAT you're eating, so long as the cals are under the expenditure, you'll be moving in the right direction).

Sry if this has been addressed somewhere else, but I'm wondering when the refill bottle will be back in stock? I want to hop on it before they go!!!

do the bottles last a full 30 days for you guys at 2 pumps 3 times a day? to me it seems like I only get about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks per bottle. not sure if its leaking very so slightly or what.

Mine definitely don't last a full 4 weeks

Yeah either way I love the results as well. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me and I was somehow pumping to much. Either way product is definitely worth it 100%

Nope, not just you. Same goes for me.

...especially now that I go with 9 pumps/day ;) lol

I got about 3 1/2 weeks from my first bottle @ 6 pumps per day.

I've been making my best efforts to do 2.5 pumps per dose x 3 / day.

That's because I've found the first pump is usually not a full pump.

Thanks

I figured that much. Just different oils have different densities. So didnt wanna assume if there is an exact answer. Im most concerned with regards to my fasting protocol in which i want absolute 0 caloric intake

I guess it depends on the goal of your fast. A couple grams of fat might down regulate autophagy...but certainly shouldn't impair fat mobilization...big picture

True. I just wanna know what going in my body thats all. And im at almost double standard dosage, so im not afraid of the stuff by any means lol

Wait, I'm confused
So 1 pump = 1 g fat = 9 kcal ?
Or
1 pump = 18 kcal = 2 g fat?

So typical dosing is either 54 or 108 kcal per day?

1 serving = 2 pumps = 2g fat = 18 calories
1/2 serving = 1 pump = 1 squirt = 1g fat = 9 calories

While there are some ingredients to offset the simple formula of 1cc=1g=9cal (so 18cal per serving), it's close enough for government work.

You guys realize of course that you are calculating the calories of a fat burner! I'm sure there's a logical reason, but you have to admit it's hilarious! Just saying....

Duuuude! I would track it also - I was just thinking that the incongruity of counting the fat/calories in a fat burner was hilarious!

6g+ of fat is worth tracking to me.

For me its closer to 10-12. Plus fish oils and evening primrose im around 20-22 grams of fat from supps alone. Being that some days im down to around 60g fat when i have high carb days... It adds up
