Duuuude! I would track it also - I was just thinking that the incongruity of counting the fat/calories in a fat burner was hilarious!

For me its closer to 10-12. Plus fish oils and evening primrose im around 20-22 grams of fat from supps alone. Being that some days im down to around 60g fat when i have high carb days... It adds up
I'm around 12 for supps. 50g of fat daily. Definitely cuts into those precious yummy fats.
