Carb amounts differ in meals (meal 2 has 2 cups rice/meal 4 has 1 cup), as does low cal sauces/marinades and seasoning. I eat a lot of green veggies which aren't factored into daily intake. The order of meals changes depending on what time I can train. Off days have more beef meals than chicken and carbs and cals are lower. I'll try to post some off day eating soon.
Cals aren't too high yet, but should be going up pretty steadily, now that I'm training again. I'm currently around 370p/540c/70f on training days.It's always fun to see what guys are eating... Do you keep your back somewhat arched and tight?Attempted the bent over cable curls, feel pressure in my lower back. Same happens when I try that with shoulder raises in the same position. :/

Keep it going man. Im a decent amount above that, but behind on building cals after about 1.5 months of no activity; basically ate lower cal and got sloppy looking ha. I'd consider adding more "healthy" food as intake increases if still hungry all the time as opposed to calorie dense. I'm not saying don't add a cheat meal in there somewhere either though ha.Meals look bangin Matt.
Currently at 3700 calories at 500 carb. My stomach is a black hole right now swallowing everything I throw down it -- instantly hungry after each meal. Need to start incorporating some cheats honestly.

Yeah, kinda uncomfortable just raising my arms upwards in that position. It's OK though. As an alternative, I've gotten a nice contraction by standing upright and using an exaggerated supinated grip to curl.
