Definitely. Its been one of my favorites for about 10 years ha.; although, it doesn't get much attention here.

Also, if ice cream and pizza get old, have you tried switching your "cheat" meals around and keeping macros similar?
It's not that it gets old, it's just that I'm burping up food while trying to force more in my stomach by the early afternoon ha. I'll switch it up whenever I feel like it though.

Carb amounts differ in meals (meal 2 has 2 cups rice/meal 4 has 1 cup), as does low cal sauces/marinades and seasoning. I eat a lot of green veggies which aren't factored into daily intake. The order of meals changes depending on what time I can train. Off days have more beef meals than chicken and carbs and cals are lower. I'll try to post some off day eating soon.

It's always fun to see what guys are eating... I truly enjoy the intricacies of dieting and nutrition and love comparing notes (even though I'm super jealous of those cals haha...)

Cals aren't too high yet, but should be going up pretty steadily, now that I'm training again. I'm currently around 370p/540c/70f on training days.

Idk how you eat as much as you do. On days I'm eating 3800 it's a struggle sometimes haha

It's not too bad yet ha. Once all meals get 2 cups of rice (or equivalent potato or whatever carb source) it gets rough ha. I'm not planning my diet now (although it's very similar to how I would), but am guessing that could happen.

Attempted the bent over cable curls, feel pressure in my lower back. Same happens when I try that with shoulder raises in the same position. :/

Currently at 3700 calories at 500 carb. My stomach is a black hole right now swallowing everything I throw down it -- instantly hungry after each meal. Need to start incorporating some cheats honestly.

I heard a rumor he has to add 1000g of carbs to maintain on off days ;)

Yep. I can do cable pullovers with an arched lower back no problem, but pulling upward motions aggravate it.
Do you feel aggravation just standing in that position? If not, I'd try starting light while focusing hard on your biceps solely moving the weight (stretch/contract/squeeze).

Keep it going man. Im a decent amount above that, but behind on building cals after about 1.5 months of no activity; basically ate lower cal and got sloppy looking ha. I'd consider adding more "healthy" food as intake increases if still hungry all the time as opposed to calorie dense. I'm not saying don't add a cheat meal in there somewhere either though ha.

I'm currently close to half carb intake on off days. A good chunk comes from intra. All meals but one have carbs in them, but the amounts and sources are different in some.

Calories are 1000+ different now. It's usually closer to 500-600, but all adjustments have been made to training days since I started training in the last couple of weeks. I'll be adding another training day next week as well.

Ha I would occasionally while recovering from surgery with nothing to do. I'm back on track though.

Yeah, kinda uncomfortable just raising my arms upwards in that position. It's OK though. As an alternative, I've gotten a nice contraction by standing upright and using an exaggerated supinated grip to curl. Really targets the lower bicep!

I probably wouldn't have made it either. Started a new job and have been very busy. I should be back to posting more frequently pretty soon though.

Yeah, yesterday was worse. Thankfully, my car has remote start and heated seats/steering wheel so I just have to make it there ha.

I'm down here in Atlanta now (after living in Pittsburgh my whole life)... Winters down here are silly at best. They don't understand what "winter" even means.
