It's not that it gets old, it's just that I'm burping up food while trying to force more in my stomach by the early afternoon ha. I'll switch it up whenever I feel like it though.
Yeah everyone gets so envious but they don't want the bloated stomach and constant indigestion.

Carb amounts differ in meals (meal 2 has 2 cups rice/meal 4 has 1 cup), as does low cal sauces/marinades and seasoning. I eat a lot of green veggies which aren't factored into daily intake. The order of meals changes depending on what time I can train. Off days have more beef meals than chicken and carbs and cals are lower. I'll try to post some off day eating soon.
It's always fun to see what guys are eating... I truly enjoy the intricacies of dieting and nutrition and love comparing notes (even though I'm super jealous of those cals haha...)

Idk how you eat as much as you do. On days I'm eating 3800 it's a struggle sometimes haha
It's not too bad yet ha. Once all meals get 2 cups of rice (or equivalent potato or whatever carb source) it gets rough ha. I'm not planning my diet now (although it's very similar to how I would), but am guessing that could happen.

Attempted the bent over cable curls, feel pressure in my lower back. Same happens when I try that with shoulder raises in the same position. :/

Yep. I can do cable pullovers with an arched lower back no problem, but pulling upward motions aggravate it.

Currently at 3700 calories at 500 carb. My stomach is a black hole right now swallowing everything I throw down it -- instantly hungry after each meal. Need to start incorporating some cheats honestly.

Do you feel aggravation just standing in that position? If not, I'd try starting light while focusing hard on your biceps solely moving the weight (stretch/contract/squeeze).

I had a dream last night that I was supposed to meet up with you breezy11 to train... I woke up all confused and was like "crap! I forgot to tell Matt I was running late!"... Weirdest feeling at 2am ha.
Nothing like a -30 windchill. Still better than yesterday ha.

Yeah, yesterday was worse. Thankfully, my car has remote start and heated seats/steering wheel so I just have to make it there ha.
