Awesome workout today. I kept things moving at a fast pace, which had me sweating up a storm...so did the HIIT.:shocked:

It's way too cold here. It was in the 30's yesterday, but might actually hit 50 today. When it warms up I'll bring them out along with some shorts![]()
That's a bummer. We finally hit the upper 60s low 70s this last week. I'm just glad we don't get the humidity you guys get in the summer.
