Definitely man! Ours is more upright, But I think it will sill give that angle directly over the shoulders/ slightly behind. Definitely going to try it!

It really couldn't have worked out any better. Yeah, John Meadows has inspired me to up the creativity of my workouts haha. It's an Icarian machine, and if you have one, I'd definitely give them a shot. The entire movement feels great, especially the squeeze at the top.
Yeah I'm pretty sure that ours is an Icarian, but I never touch the thing so I haven't even looked at it in a while. One the list for shoulder training today are these and horizontal presses...

I was very happy with this morning’s chest session. I added more fat bar work for some variety. The VERSA-1/OEP combo was awesome and had me highly focused, full of energy, and sweating like crazy.

Catching up on your past logs has me glad I'm following this now, love your workout routines and learning some new variations, I won't put up close to your numbers but I will be stealing some of these ideas to try out for sure, looking forward to see how C20 treats you, give me a heads up for what I can expect. Keep killing it!

Ya same...and it was brutal. I felt slow and it pissed me off. Hopefully the weather warms up so I can easily get around to hitting the track and hill consistently again.
