Catching up was fun. I saw some lifts/exercises today that I'd never seen before. Gotta try those horizontal presses, but like Classic, I'll be using 3lb DBs.

It turned out great. I originally wanted to make a cookie dough ice cream, but ate all the Quest Bars before getting around to it. I actually went to the 3 letter store today for the first time in a couple years, but they were sold out. This is a nice benefit of being able to cut with more calories than a lot of people use to bulk
You should try making some. I have a thread that goes through the process if you're interested.

I actually was at another supp store to pick up more psyllium husk caps and saw that they started carrying quest bars per my suggestion. Bad thing for sure I picked up 10. I've only had one since then, but have been feeding them to my wife so that I can vicariously eat through her. Yes she's bulking she just doesn't know it lol

I wonder how much of an advantage it would be over the ziploc bag method. I think you need to freeze bowls in advance and you'd have to clean the machine as opposed to throwing a bag in the trash.

Just got my order of quest bars, 4 boxes (choc/peanut butter, peanut butter and jelly, apple pie, banana nut muffin). Sadly can't get CCCD here.
I wish ours went above 125lbs. But I understand why they don't which is probably because only a select few can go that heavy or heavier.
Yeah, I don't think I've ever gone over 125lbs for anything. My gym has a lot of big dudes that go heavier though.

I might start training with one of them soon. Haven't had a good training partner in a few years. Yeah, I could do some lower rep stuff as well.
I can roll a 125 across the floor. Not sure that counts for much.
Ya, if I don't have a spotter on incline or flat bench I won't use em. Its hard to find a dedicated workout partner and or someone who knows how to spot. I've asked a few ramdoms before and lets just say I could of got hurt pretty bad with how they were spotting me lol.
Haha. It'd be great to have a good spotter for bench work. My potential partner is an amazing athlete and beyond dedicated.
Thats awesome. The only workout partner I feel comfortable with and who is just as dedicated as me is my younger brother. He is workin in Texas though right now making bank on a pipeline.
Yeah, it would be if it works out. The guy makes me look out of shape. Good for your brother, not so much for you lol.

Today’s workout was awesome. My legs were wrecked and it felt great. They gave out on me a couple times walking from one exercise to the next, but I managed to stay on my feet.
I’m really enjoying the OEP powder before my fasted training. It gives me plenty of energy and focus, and has me sweating up a storm as well. With the additions of ArA and Agmatine, my pre-workout arsenal is fantastic.

-I decided to stay higher rep again. After months of the Smith machine, I felt like my form could use a little work before piling on more weight. I didn’t quite go ATG, but I took them pretty deep.

-These were ridiculous, especially after the higher rep squats.

BTW, I'm going to be doing the ice cream in the plastic bag tonight. I don't know if you put a link up how to do it or not, but could you fill me in. 2 cups of almond milk + 2 cups whey in the plastic bag and mix around then let sit in freezer?

I'm worried about going back to reg BB squats as well after using the smith machine. I'm gonna look weak lol but the only rack we have really sucks and it's a pain in the ass for me to re rack after my set. Hopefully ill be at a new gym after may though.
