breezy's Big Non-Sponsored Stack: TPwdr/EPro/ABE/Alphamine/X-Gels

Day 29

I didn't really notice a difference in sleep quality with dosing TPwder pre bed. I actually woke up feeling a little groggy. I'm not going to make any judgment on its effects after only trying it once though.
2 scoops of Alphamine (and 1 cap EP) helped get me moving, clear headed, and awake.

I waited 3 hours before deciding to make some breakfast which was also my pre workout meal. I kept with the trend of 2 caps SlinTensity before a big breakfast and soon realized this could qualify as a pre workout dose. Its not the best timing (about 1 hour pre) and I will try it again during the week. I added a half scoop of GlcoMyx into the mix as well.

I took the following with and shortly after my meal:

2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder w/ 1/2 scoop GlcoMyx
20 X-Gels
4 scoops GlycerGrow
2g ALCAR
1g Calcium
~3/4 scoop Prodigy

Today is a chest and triceps workout.
 
Day 29 continued

It was another good workout overall. Strength and endurance were both solid. The pump was pretty strong, but not on the same level as a few of my recent workouts. There were a few differences I noticed with taking SlinTensity an hour before my workout. The most noticeable was vascularity. I had visible veins throughout the top of my forearms that I usually don't see. Muscle fullness might have been up slightly, but not by a huge amount.

Big day of football and not much else. I'll be having my second dose of Alphamine pretty soon (2 hours post food).

These were taken this morning. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, but last recorded weight was 211.8lbs (+4.4lbs overall). I'm guessing that includes some water.

Day 29 continued

I had 2 scoops of Alphamine this afternoon. I was getting tired at the time and it gave me some decent energy. I waited 3 hours to eat after dosing without any hunger. I hadn't eaten for 2 hours before Alphamine either.

My last 2 ABE caps of the day were dosed individually with meals.

I'm having a carb heavy dinner shortly and just popped a cap of SlinTensity. I'm curious to see how 1 cap goes with about 100g carbs.

I haven't experienced any at all. There's not a ton of feedback on it yet, but I haven't seen any GI related issues reported.

Thanks fumoney. It looks like the majority of my added weight is lean. I'm thinking about moving my focus towards dropping a little fat in the next couple days.

Hmm...Well if that's the case I'm trying to decide if I want to attempt getting sub 10%. Hopefully I figure out the plan tomorrow.

Thanks LTL. Yeah, I've added weight faster than I have in a while and the majority of it seems to be muscle. It's definitely a good combo for putting on some lean mass.

I had to go with blueberry for its originality and potential deliciousness. It definitely has a blueberry flavor, but its not something I look forward to just for the taste. The taste isn't bad at all for a pre workout though. I've been spoiled with great tasting powdered supps lately, Alphamine being the tastiest. I'm really liking it regardless of taste. I think it could end up being one of my favorite pre workouts. It has good effects at 1 scoop. Good clean energy and focus are noticed along with BA tingles. I've added ALCAR to it, but my focus has been greater than what I usually get from ALCAR alone.

Thanks brother. Weight's been adding up at a steady pace. The last month its been accelerated compared to the previous one without much change in diet/training at all.
 
Day 30

I woke up early and had my Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT. After about 2 hours I dosed 2 caps of SlinTensity and made breakfast. It's doing a great job with eliminating any weighed down or bloated feeling after a big high carb meal. I think I'll be using it continually.

My weight is back up to 214.4lbs (+7lb overall). I don't look very bloated, but I still suspect some of it to be water.

I plan on dosing ABE at work and around my workout. I'll probably be having a long workday, so hopefully the gym is an option.
 
Day 30 continued

Overall energy continues to be way up. A month ago I would be falling asleep in the afternoon and come home from work ready to drop. I went through a long day of physical work and I still feel great with good energy. The difference is like night and day. The addition of Alphamine makes it even better. I think TPwder combined with EP are most responsible for the overall change in energy and sense of well being.

I dosed 1 cap of ABE with a mid morning meal and 1 with lunch. Alphamine was dosed 2 hours after lunch.

I'm about to have my pre workout meal and take the following before heading to the gym:

2 scoops TPwder
20 X-Gels
4 scoops GlycerGrow
1.5g ALCAR
1g Calcium
1 scoop CF Focus XT
1 scoop Prodigy

I'll be working biceps, forearms, calves, and abs. The plan is to focus on MM connection.

My workout went well. I was in a great mood, worked at a fast pace (short rest), and had a good pump. I slowed down the movement on the majority of exercises and really focused on hitting the muscle.

I'm going to start dropping my calories slightly throughout the week. I'm not planning on a big decrease, and will just be moving closer to maintenance. I'd like to try and turn my lean bulk into more of a recomp. I'll see how it goes over the next week and make any necessary adjustments.

Day 31

I got about 5.5 hours sleep and still feel pretty well rested. After 2 scoops of Alphamine (and EP/Cissus XT) I'm wide awake and ready for the day.

I weighed 213.2lbs (+5.8lbs overall) this morning. Calories were down a small amount yesterday, but I doubt that has anything to do with the slight drop in weight. I'm going to continue to move my caloric intake closer to maintenance level.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 mins before a high carb breakfast. It continues to prevent any bloating or weighed down feeling that I would get from such a meal. I have another bottle currently and it looks like I'll be continuing to purchase it going forward.

ABE will be dosed with meals at work and around my workout.

I'm still experiencing DOMS (usually don't). I'm used to it at this point and that's probably why I haven't mentioned it recently.
 
How many caps of AE u take per day? I see you taking one with bfast. How about pre workout?

6 caps per day. 2 caps pre and post workout (4 total). The other 2 are usually with meals, either together or split . I've taken it pre bed as well (both 1 and 2 caps).

Have u noticed a difference from 4 caps? I took Anabeta og and started at 4 than ended up going to 6 and found that 5 was the sweet spot. I'm assuming AE is the same in terms going a cap or two higher to see a little difference.
I'm on AE now and now u have me curious on going 5 caps instead of 4. It's my second week and I'm not noticing to much, maybe 5 is the sweet spot for this as well.

Energy was solid throughout the workday. I dosed 2 caps of ABE split between 2 meals and Alphamine 2.5 hours after the second meal.

The following supps will be taken with and after my pre workout meal:

Craze (start with 1.5 scoops)

I just had some supplements arrive, one being Craze. I took a couple month break from it and its good to have it back in the rotation. I just noticed my tub has Trimethylglycine listed as the first ingredient...either they switched the label again or I received the original batch/lots.

Shoulder/trap workout today.

Day 31 continued

I was beyond focused and had what felt like a very effective workout. I'm not positive if it was the time off from the Craze or the different label on my latest tub, but the experience reminded of how I felt with my first few tubs. I was locked in with ridiculous focus and my mood couldn't have been any better. The MM connection was better than I've had in a long time. My workout was strictly business and I was surprised how fast I got through my routine.

Nice workout man. Those rear delt machine flys for negatives are serious business. I've never felt so sore WHILE doing an exercise than with those. Strong work. I'm pretty sure you got an old lot of Craze because I have some that I bought around springtime last year and it has the Trimeblahblahity or whatever listed as the first ingredient as well. I'm sitting on two of those, actually :)
 
Rear Delt weight is definitely sick. I am stuck at 90 lbs on my machine. My rear Delt and back are my weak points and need to keep working at it.

Thanks DJ. Yeah holding off the weight on those rear delt flys is no joke. I've been taking that approach for a few weeks and I'm loving it. Tonight's Craze workout definitely reminded me of my first few tubs. I noticed a few things about the experience that I hadn't in a long time.

Thanks Fumoney. I've been putting extra focus on developing rear delts and back for the last few months. I wouldn't worry about the current weight and I bet you'll see some progress soon. You could try doing rear delt rows (rope) /face pulls too. They've been helping my progress recently.

It seems to be hit or miss for people. Next time I grab a pre workout it'll probably be SpeedX3. I just started using Prodigy and I'm really liking that as well.
