They look promising. I've had them since the week they were released and its been tough holding off on starting...I decided to "hide" them lol.

I had a solid workout. Strength was up overall and I put a decent beating on my shoulders.
BB Military Press
215x4
225x3
215x4
205x5
205x5
BB Shrug

Rear Delt Fly (machine)
160x11
175x8
190x5
BB Upright Row
130x12
150x6
150x6
Face Pulls
80x15
95x8
95x8
supersets
DB Front Raise
30x10
30x8
25x10
DB Lateral Raise
30x10
30x8
25x10
DB Seated (bent over) Lateral Raise
30x10
30x8
25x10
I had a good pump going after the supersets. It was stronger than the last few weeks when performing the same exercises. This is most likely from the combination of ABE and Agmatine (from TPwder). However, I haven't had the greatest results with "pumps" when dosing Agmatine alone in the past. The majority of my training isn't geared towards it either.
I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake (1.5 scoops Muscle Milk Graham Cracker/1 scoop Trutein Choc PB/1.5 cups ground oats) on my ride home.

Good stuff Breezy !

OrganicShadow said:High rep deads have me drenched its crazy! I don't blame you for playing it safe. It's only once in a while do I try for the big numbers.
Apparently you and me both. I usually work up a decent sweat with deads, but I think the reps/Alphamine brought it to another level. I prefer lifting heavier most of the time. However, back pain is no joke and I definitely want to avoid it.
This stuff makes me sweat like crazy. Yesterdays off day I took the morning dose right before work. It wasn't even that hot there but I immediately had to jump in to a high stress situation and was drenched in 10 mins. One of my coworkers said dude why the hell are you sweating like that. I said cause I'm focking alpha you got a problem! Then I explained to him I was on the best fat burner on the market!![]()

Clemenza said:IN! Good luck Breezy. Looking brick solid!
breezy11 said:DO IT! lol. I can't really speak much about the overall effectiveness of it after less than a week's use, but it seems to have a lot of potential. Good clean energy, appetite suppression, and increased sweating have all been noticed.
fumoney said:Thanks !!!
Ordered based on your response with other goodies from Nutra. Not sure I will use it right away, but at least I will have it in my cabinet ready to go.
breezy11 said:Nice. I haven't seen anyone disappointed with it at this point. It will be interesting to start seeing/hearing people's results in the next couple months. What flavor did you go with?
fumoney said:Man.....failing big time on my last set of HS Bench Press right now.
Ordered Raspberry Lemonade of course !
I did and it felt greatjwa254 said:go hard in that workout breezy
Thanks fumoney. I'd much rather go workout than sit around and think about how I'm not feeling well. It really took my mind off it.fumoney said:Way to fight through the sickness !
Thanks buddy. That's too bad about the family. Hope you can avoid it as well.BPjohn123 said:My wife and son are both sick, hoping I fend it off. Great workouts breezy

Haha I fully agree. Luckily my performance hasn't been impacted at this point.Clemenza said:Nothing worse than feeling a cold coming on. The idea of being sick and not being 100% in the gym is worse than the actual feeling of being sick lol.
Clemenza said:Breezy, how are you liking GlycerGrow so far? Good pumps? Any bloat?
jwa254 said:Not sure if it's just me but I've noticed that I have zero cravings for sugary food now. I'm a carb-fiend especially for cereals but I haven't had a single desire to eat any in the past few days.
Great update, may have missed it but how many bottles of xgels are you runningDay 6 continued
Alphamine was a big help with getting through the day. I thought I would be tired after not sleeping much, but I feel fine. I noticed that my afternoon dose of 1 scoop doesn't have the same appetite suppressing effect that 2 does on me. I'm glad that's the case because I probably wouldn't hit my target calories otherwise. There's the possibility that the appetite suppression could be noticeable with 1 scoop without ABE in the mix. During my last run with ABE I had sporadic hunger increases and was never full, no matter how much I ate.
I just had my pre workout meal with 2 caps ABE and 2 scoops of TPwder. I'll be heading to the gym after dosing 20 X-Gels, 3 scoops GlycerGrow, 1g calcium, 1g ALCAR, and a scoop of Focus XT.
Today's workout is legs. I'm short on time and may have to switch up what I had planned... found out I have to work tomorrow.

My leg workout was a change of pace from what I'm used to. I didn't have as much time as I would've liked and wasn't sure what exercises I would fit in. I started with squats, like I normally do, and ended up doing a lot of them. I basically just squatted my legs to death.
BB Back Squat
225x12
315x12
405x10
455x6
475x3
405x10
315x15
315x13
-I was exhausted after the big pyramid sets and started feeling my lack of sleep once I caught my breath.
Calf Extensions (machine)
310x35 (straight)
310x17 (toes in)
310x17 (toes out)
310x19 (straight)
Seated Leg Curl
205x15
205x11
-I ended up stuck sitting on the machine for a minute after several failed attempts to stand up and having my legs lock up.
Leg Extensions
265x12
250x10
I've never attempted this amount of volume with squats, but was happy with the outcome. Strength and endurance were both pretty good considering I was on my feet all day.
I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake and did some quick grocery shopping. I had my eye on the scooter shopping carts, but managed to hobble around on my own lol.
I'm shooting for about 6 hours sleep tonight which will feel like 10 after the last couple days. I normally have Saturday's off, which is why I moved my leg workouts to Friday. Tomorrow has a strong possibility of being a tough day at work.
fumoney said:Can't wait for my Alphamine to arrive !
I love muscle endurance powered workouts. The gradual degradation of muscles little by little until you hit a point of exhaustion. Probably from my younger days as a landscaper.
Great workout Breezy !!!
breezy11 said:Thanks fumoney! I have a feeling you will enjoy it.
Yeah it was a nice to swith up my approach. It definitely took a toll on my legs. I'm starting to get tired of the daily physical labor. What started out as helping a buddy turned into a fulltime job. I have to start going back to my office job (my actual career) daily pretty soon and I'm somewhat looking forward to it.
