BPS: What are you made of?

Allright boys and girl ;).. I gave it my best shot. But came up short. I knew I had to try to put a low time up to beat at blueline438 so I finished the deads in 1:23 but then I was dead .. seriously lol I was only able to do 5 of what what looked like a pull up attempt ?!! So two peices of advice for those who have not done it yet .. pace yourself on the deads, don't be dumb like me, blueline had the right idea there, and if some one is recording you have them tell you your time at some point .. good luck to everyone

Those pull ups at the end are brutal!

Def have to pace yourself on the deads. That's a killer time for the deads though. You should have kept trying the pull-ups. You may have gotten them in in time. You had an entire minute.
You probably won't be recovered enough to do it again on Monday. Lol. I'm still so sore.

I know that was my second mistake I had no idea how much time was left. i should have just asked my wife.. and its really not even fair to call what I was doing pull ups. lol if i would have rested a bit I might have been able to get them done but not sure though i was pretty spent..

Aww you should've posted anyways! Do it again and I bet you'll have it! I wish I would've had someone to video it for me! I was just in it to accomplish the challenge and say I could do it! Lol

Im on shift tomorrow, so ill see how stoked Im feeling when it's time!!

Come on bro!! Just post what you have, and then redo it with a better time!!! We want to see the video regardless of the outcome. You already did the hardest part... accepting the challenge!

Thanks .. I have no problem posting it up if you want but I'll only post the deadlift part .. didn't finish the pull ups and plus they where horrible the ones I did do .lol

Ok here's just the dead lift portion from this morning .. figured I'd through it up anyway .. like I said I only got 5 of some thing that resembled pull ups .. lol ...official time after I cropped the video was 1:28 for the deads .. hope to get at it again on Monday but I have a soccer game tomorrow night so my legs might not be able to hold up ..

Attempt today. Got 20 deads and 3 pull ups. I may try again tomorrow night.

One heck of a challenge.
 
Thank you for the kind words, I was feeling good Til about 35 reps...then I stopped feeling good and wanted to die

Lmao I know the feeling , just wanna lay down on the floor and die . It's funny cuz I noticed that's right when you slowed down you could tell it hit you all at once haha. But for real awesome job brother you kept grinding great entry man!
