Heading in for the start of 7 weeks straight training before an off week. Doing some chest hyper work followed by 10x10 overhead press and 10x10 tricep dips w body weight. Looking forward to the lighter volume work after slaughtering myself with 10x5,4,3 and 5x5 work the past 5 weeks .. The volume should yield a ridiculous pump and growth

Increase your salt and water intake for a few days and spend some time in the sauna for that water rentention. Your aldosterone may be a bit high.

Long night at work. Will update workout tomorrow. Just want to note- CRAZY thermo effect after my workout and was very sweaty during workout. After I showered, i was sweating so bad still, I had to drive to work w the windows fully down in 30 degree weather
I also drank a lot more water today than usual (had about 80-100 ounces from 530-10pm) and increased salt intake per resolves suggestion. I am noticing some extreme veinage going on in my forearms

We just picked up a chest freezer and hit up a local farm with Grass Fed beef. A fully dressed, butchered, and vacuum sealed quarter beef for $4.25 a pound.It was the best piece of meat I've everhad. Ive only ever had super market or restaurant beef and I only hve red meat like once every month or two.. It was 12$ a pound but worth it.. So tender and lean and ZERO hormones or antibiotics
I interviewed a local butcher and a local organic farm for An article I'm writing and bought all the food and ingredients there today... Some of the most delicious stuff I've ever had (and I grew up with my father owning restaurants and could get whatever I wanted)
It comes to around 100lbs of fresh meat. That would EASILY last me a week.That's a great price Dsade....

That's one of those things that I've had on my to-do list forever and never gotten around to it. Definitely the way to go for beef if you got the space.

Been super busy finishing up interviews and writing this article I've been working on
I'm gonna do some hiit and abs at the gym tonight and then sip bcaas and take some isopure- I'm prob gonna e out drinking all night so I won't "eat"... I'm hopin it wil actually help shred me up bc fat loss is dead stopped ATM... This is my final workout of the log... Yesterday hit some plateaus. All week actually, and am glad with My progress but after 6 weeks, this program has run it's course! Time for some r and r and then think I've got another log opp coming once I get back in the gym the week of the 25th!
