Alright here is a little run down of an average Tom day haha.

Wake up 200mg of caffeine(pill)
At work nicotine gum(which can basically make caffeine more potent)
Cup of coffee from home. Using a protein scoop worth of grounds estimating 150mg of caffeine.
After lunch cup of coffee from Keurig at work estimate 100mg of caffeine

There are 2 options here:
1 caffeine pill on the drive home from work 200mg
2 2 RPM by AppNut when I get home

1 plus scoop of Craze preworkout

Eh well
Right now I'm stacking oep (dmaa version) with Methyldrene 25.

So upon rising it's 2 oep+1methyl , yielding 450mg caff+25mg ephedra. Then later it's 1 oep+1methyl yielding 350mg caff+25 ephedra. Today I used a sample pack of speedx3 from lecheek pre workout in addison to that. I say we r even lol

years ago i bought 10 gms of bulk yohimb hcl at a place called bulknutrition, was unclear on dosing so i dipped a teaspoon into the jug about a 1/4 full[must have been a gm] swolled it down and chased with water. 10 minutes later i was laying in bed sweating like crazy, heart was beating so fast my wife couldn't keep up. she wanted to call an ambulance but i toughed it out....the only plus was the biggest boner of my life, lol...had to soak my johnson in ice to get it to go down. had sex for an hour to my wifes regret, but couldn't finish the deed.


now i stick to capped ycl, lol.

Why me?
Bc I have tried tons of fat burners, I know my body, I'm an honest, non biased logger. I take training and supplements very seriously. Will most likely use before and after pics, will update almost daily.. 4-5 times a week at least.. And will provide detailed final review and a great simple to follow rating system during the log. Would be able to log in Jan starting on the 1st

Thanks. I think it would go great with my lean bulk like I mentioned. I've been doing it since sept and gained 13 pounds with basically NO bf increase.. And at times I had definitely been lower in bf than when i started.. All about that balance

Thanks bro. I leaned out this past summer to 155 at 12%. I have bulked up to about 170lbs. I figure to keep bulk up to Jan 1 then shred to Vegas. Gotta get down to 10% or lower. Make the chicks and wife go crazy in Vegas.

I'm 22 years old, never used a fat burners before but really want to try some out an heard great things about your products!! Why should you choose me? Well I am DangerDaves girlfriend so you know he's gonna kick my ass into gear, I always post after the gym and when I do something new so logging the product won't be a problem!! Personally, I think BPS would benefit from choosing both male and female loggers.

Yeah I agree, spread the product over a variety of people not just men, especially with my log I got going on now, get the word to some other females if it works well, which I'm more then confident it will.
