BPI A-50

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has taken a look at this stuff. There was a pretty big ad blitz that revealed annoyingly little information. The ad suggested/hinted/implied that it may be hormonal. I just saw the ingredient profile and there are a ton of herbal ingredients and this compound:

7-Hydroxy-3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-8-[(3r,4r,5s,6r)-3,4,5 Trihydroxy-6-(Hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-Yl]chromen-4-One; 5,6,7-Trihydroxy-2-Phenyl-Chromen-4-One; Undec-10-Enoic-Acid

Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Btw I like BPI I had good results with their arimedex and 1MR. When using the arimedex though the ingredient profile was listed all in chemical structure and when I googled each compound it was all pretty common herbal stuff. I felt it was sort of misleading. A google search of the abv compound also looks like its herbal too.

That ingredient is an antioxidant called Baicalein. This does not look hormonal. It looks like a bunch of plants thrown into a blender and then packaged as the next best muscle builder :lmao:

I hope its better than the tropinol. IForce throws caffiene in a product and call it a test booster

lol.

Actually, every single ingredient in Tropinol has been clinically proven to raise testosterone.

Bulbine Natalensis - I'm sure you've already read the studies and seen our saliva/blood results!

Basella Alba - Showed an 80% increase in testosterone

Vitamind D - Can increase testosterone by 10-20%

Methyltheobromine AKA "Caffeine" - Produces a dose dependent rise in Testosterone, proven in a CLINICAL study.

:lmao:

wow dude, quite a cheap shot.
did you use tropinol? if so, what were your results? what dose did you use?
talking trash about 1 ingredient in a product does nothing but make you look bad as a poster if you don't back it up with WHY you feel it doesn't or didn't work for you.

:buttkick:

Yep thats pretty much what it looks like. Just making sure though. I didnt start this thread to bash BPI. I like the products that I've tried so far. Its just that alot of these supp companies shoot themselves in the foot with ridiculous/misleading advertisments.

This was the single most obnoxious marketing campaign I've ever witnessed... and that's saying A LOT, because there's another company specifically that has some nausea inducing marketing "strategies."

OH, also... naming a weak multi herbal prop blend after Anadrol.... wow, how does someone even respond to that? It's like a company hyping a soon-to-be released Bulbine-based product as 'first to market' unashamedly, when they are in fact 3-4th. But, that would never happen. I'm just saying, hypothetically.

the best thing to do is try it then bash it. I ordered some and I am still waiting for it to come in. Right now I am using test factor from molecular nutrition and its working good for a couple of herbs I never heard of.

/facepalm. 450mg split btwn 100 different ingredients. it failed with muscletech its gonna fail for them too

I think I know who you're talking about.

This is reverse logic at its best... your approach toward supplement validation is of course your own prerogative, but this is the exact end result BPI and countless others are relying upon to feed their marketing machine and net profits during the fiscal year.

How is it we lowly forum goers see the obviousness of this pending failure, yet not a million dollar generating supplement powerhouse? I suppose they know their massive advertisement crusade will still garner starry eyed teens with newly christened paychecks in their wallets to exhaust and burn.

I think I know who you're talking about.

How could you... no company would ever do what I spelled out, would they? I'm sure any company here would respect the customers' intelligence MUCH more than that - also, I was speaking hypothetically.

Well then I know one that fits to the T ;)

i thought the same when i saw SDN ROGUE

well I have been on it for 3 days and I definately have more of a pump walking around but I think its tearing up my stomach. we will see, hopefully this passes.

Be our guest, you should give it a rip b/c im pretty sure the people around here know this is a joke

bpi doesn't market toward learned athletes, so they won't suffer from the small 5% of us that are more than mere label readers and magazine page flippers. Ha, I think it's just comical how companies use common ingredients and attempt to mask their proprietary blend with long-hand nomenclature.

I've been on M1T and Superdrol for two days, and don't notice an increase in a pump walking around, I'm not saying you're making it up... just saying I'm on two of the most potent anabolic compounds in existence, so I'd be surprised.

Its not really a valid point. A50 is a herbal test booster and the other two are pro-hormones/active steroids. Its comparing apples to oranges. You can experience an immediate 'pump' with arginine, that doesent imply its more anabolic than M1T.

I do blame BPI for marketing this stuff as being 'modeled after the greatest anabolic of all time.' That right there is whats wrong with the supplement industry.

I am not bashing BPI at all. the product really does have a good kick to it. my pumps were great and i was fuller during the day even before my workout. the negative part about it was it just tore up my stomach so I stopped it yesterday. as far as comparing it to an illegal compound is stupid and there is no comparison.
