Look here fellas, I don't know how to attach all yalls compliments into one post.

But I honestly want to thank you all for the positive feedback today. I've been in better shape and have just been grinding and staying healthy. I know my workouts are a bit different than normal but I just go with the day and what feels right.

I just keep it real and 💯 with yall, and for yall to spread the love like today and all the other days just on reality means alot.

Nice solid workout this morning after putting in 13 hours of work yesterday, up for a total of 18.

They are calling for an inch of snow here tomorrow???? WTF??? Done with it, we have been power washing and mulching all week. They turn the water on at the campground this weekend, that will probably be delayed....no biggie.

Daylight savings on sunday!!!!! Always a celebration at my house for that. Let's us know the good times are right around the corner.

Let's all have a safe productive weekend, I know sometimes I may get off track but check this out.......really try to do something out of the box this weekend you usually don't do. Example, I returned several hundred dollars worth of parts to auto zone the other, some over a year old that I just never got around to using.....the young man behind the counter was all about helping me out. Gave me back all cash on the lifetime warranty items and a store credit for the others.

I gave homie a 50$ bill and told him to do something nice for himself. He said "for real?" I said yeah brother, its hard to find young respectful people these days willing to help!!!


He thanked me several times and gave me a fist pump. I could see it in his eyes that no one has probably done something like this for him. Hey I know I made his day and the satisfaction on knowing I helped that young kid for the day was just as satisfying to me.

Pick and chose who and what you do, some expect handouts.....nah BOSSMAN don't play that bs...that respectful working man or woman....thats who I help.....and any kid!!!!

Good stuff in here, I love your positivity and the fact you are always trying to pay it forward. It is nice to see some of the things we don't pick up on coming from broken homes, and or poverty where a lot of these good practices never are seen or shared. Seeing someone like you living it can simply change how you see things through their actions. You have become one of those people on here. I see you as a pretty inspirational dude!

Was thinking that as well. I've got one of their old CDs and use to crank that up in my old garage gym. Good thing the neighbors were a little ways aways although they probably could still hear it :LOL:

Thanks again fellas. You know I had a decent childhood. It was pretty much working and baseball. No vacations or things like that. I moved out at 16/17 to the streets. Just shacking up with chick's and homies etc etc.....Did alot of bad things to myself and others but survived it and corrected it.

My parents aren't the type to do the things my wife and I do as far as helping and donating etc etc...so I didn't get it from them.

My wife is huge into helping and giving. She is the one that taught me and rubbed off on me. She will give her last 20$ bill to a stranger and go without. She always says if we hit a mega millions she will be taking care of alot of people in need, not the ones that come asking.

At the end of the day we have built our situation to be able to help others. Her and I never really got much help. It gives us a great feeling. We are definitely teaching this to our kids and they are definitely catching on. Satisfying.

Its a great feeling waking up reading this knowing that I am an inspiration to someone.

Morning AM, hope everyone is having a productive Saturday morning.

I had a really nice Friday evening. Got off day job at 4pm, went and got a shape up, and met my wife at the campground. Went for a nice cold brisk walk just catching up on the local.....advice....don't get caught up in campground and marina drama.....its real 🤠....

Came back to the house and had one on one time all night. Very nice evening.

Got the wind and snow yes but was still productive. Had a nice fun day with my daughter, wife, and father in law.

Today I'm going to relax at the marina and make a pot of chili.

Gonna rep LOMA all day today. This is my favorite boxer of all time. He left California to go home and fight for his country 💯

Yeah that is awesome when you get with someone who can really help you grow as a person. My sister got pretty lucky with her husband coming from a family that was pretty functional and successful. He was able to show my sister that way instead of our reactive hard knocks life way we were raised. Their children have really flourished as a result. My wife came into my life and taught me more about the importance of family and children. I spent most of my life avoiding home, and have never had a tight knit family experience. My Mother kicked me out at 14 to live with my father. So I was completely detached to family and didn't really value it from a young age. We are doing awesome from where we came from, but we still have a long way to go. So seeing someone doing rather than saying or lecturing is great. Seeing someone hustle the hours you do and still find all the time for quality time with the family is just amazing to me. Makes me want to try harder in those areas. I am just happy the kids are sticking around to continue to enjoy our growth as well.

Good parents really make a difference. Luckily I left the hard knocks life style at 12. Remember getting into fights, Kicked out of school, lots of beer drinking everyday and the high light was the cock fights on the weekends. Thank God I got in so much trouble I got sent to live with my Dad. (Found out latter he asked for me to come live with him) Had my own bedroom, education was important, he never missed a ball game and taught me you have to work for good things, and a great role model on being a good husband and father.
My 2 Half sisters were not so lucky. They made bad choices and are still living the just getting buy and the self induced life sucks lifestyle.
 
I never had a Dad, but I had the BEST MOM on earth!!!
 
With these gas prices an electric car is looking real nice right about now :LOL:
 
Morning AM, no training this morning but feeling great. Unloaded a trailer of mulch last night after 10 hour day shift and went for a lil trail walk last night to unwind and found a small carcass. I just left it alone and let nature run its course.

Lawncare is almost in full effect besides cutting grass. This is the time of year were you can really fatten your pockets and get set for the season. Still getting used to having a full time employee working for me during the day, he has great days and then like yesterday im just like wtf is going on here. I will stay patient because he is helping the schedule big time.

We have more mulch today. I will jump in when I get off at 4pm and finish up this evening.

The diesel went down to 4.92$ this morning.

Everyone have a safe productive day, definitely planning a workout for tomorrow as of now. I did get an awesome night's sleep last night about 7 hours solid. I think I just was flat worn out from the mulching.

Morning AM, one of those mornings that I should have just gotten the extra 90 minutes of sleep.

We will rank this as the worst workout of 2022. Allergies got me down, and equilibrium is fukkd due to a scratched eyeball and having to wear my glasses instead of contacts.

Today is day 3 of zyrtec so hopefully it will kick in for Allergies and eyeball usually takes 2 or 3 days. Go through this every year.

I've said this one too many times myself. I should start listening to that little voice in my head when it tells me you should just get rest over a crappy workout but my heart is there for the workout :LOL:

Hey fellas I'm here, just happened to open up the forum. Thanks for the concerns. Business is booming, training is at a hault but keeping nutrition steady.

Usually things are very positive in here but at this time I'm going through so many different issues being pulled so many different ways its pretty stressful.

Oldest son in Myrtle beach got caught up in some normal 20 year old **** last week and being so far away from him makes it harder. He is healthy and not in trouble, just bad decisions. Wife is having a procedure today, again healthy just added stress. My daughter is going through something that I personally would not wish on any father with a daughter. Especially at 11 years.

So I'm holding everything and everyone together at the moment the best I can. Time will heal all of this as unfortunately these aren't things me as a man, husband, and father can't but I will do everything in God's creation to make it better.

I'm here, healthy, and will be checking in and out when time permits.

Morning AM family, thank you all genuinely who either reacted,responded, and reached out to me. Truly means alot.

Wife is home and resting, so all went well with her. Just as a husband not being able to be with her while going through surgery 2 1/2 hours away from isn't the way I like for things to operate. I had to be close to my daughter so my wife understood.

It's going to be a long road for me mentally. I can't say I've been through worse even with all the situations I've survived in the past thinking they were the worst. I can't show my pain, I have to be the Rock at this point. I have time to myself to deal with my emotions.

Everyone with younger kids, when you think you have everything under control there is a possibility you don't.

If there ever any signs of something suspicious, take it seriously. Life can change in a drop of a dime right in front of your face and you won't even know it.

I say things all the time and live what I say. So please love the ones in your immediate circle daily.

Everyone have a safe and productive day

Its tough sometimes being the man of the house! Hopefully you can find a little secluded alone time for release. (I think you know what I mean) We are good at holding it in to display that we have it all under control.
This will pass with time!
