BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

Actually wasn't to bad. We were actually busy yesterday so they didn't have time to Fukk off.
It's a challenge this time of year in the mining industry. Everything is fozen. It's hard on our equipment and the dump trucks. Freaking water everywhere....

What exactly do mine?

If you have ever watched gold rush on TV before, we would run circles around those guys. But for what they have and we're they are, they do a hell of a job. What you see them guys doing is exactly what we do but on waaaayyyyy bigger scale. We strip thousands of acres and we mine as far as the water table will let us go.

We have 2 operations. One is for sand and gravel. Second is a rock quarry for blue stone. Two totally different operations.

Update on nutrition changes. I have increased cals to around 3250. Carbs 300, protein 255. I'm staying lean while adding an average of 1lb to the scale very 2.5 weeks with these small increases. BG levels are still in good range. My lifts are steady going up in reps and lbs. Endurance is through the roof. I could easily lift an additional 30+ minute every workout , but I'm not getting up Amy earlier than 3am. I literally have to make myself take a day off. I have snuck in a day of cardio 2x in the last 2 weeks o the weekends. That will stop, don't need it right now and it will only make it easier in the future when I diet. Supps are still staples only. I do utilize Glycophase, which is awesome. Currently using a very mild pwo in c4, contains 150 of caffeine.

Here are 2 pics after a heavy carb dinner Saturday night with 2 caps glycophase 15 mins before

It really gets the blood flowing, nice vascular forearms. Also gets the veins popping in shoulders too. Really keeps my pump going for me.

Great Job brother, keep crushing it

Nice. Gotta love that pump after some good meals and glycophase.

BOSSMAN,are You Bulking?
I would consider it a lean bulk yes. I'm trying to rebuild my metabolism in which I beleive has happened. Also, my BG levels became a huge concern. I never thought my BG was an issue. I started tracking it back in mid Dec. With some adjustments to carbs/timing my BG levels have dropped by 30 into a healthy range ( this is huge ). So now with those 2 issues in balance, I am slowly increasing my cal/carb/pro/fat. I have gained 2 lbs in 4 weeks while staying lean and building muscle. I am trying to build as much muscle as possible and keep increasing until 4/1. That's when my lawncare starts back up and schedule goes nuts. You know, you follow. If I can push the bar up now while staying lean, it will make my diet/cut easier for me with all the added labor. Also, I'm not doing cardio now. So when the time comes, with a small defecit, manual labor, and cardio....the weight should fall right off and uncover what I am building now. BEAST73

Did you sous vide that steak? Easy prepping for sure if so. You can use bottom round or chuck steak in a sous vide and make it come out tender as filet!

That's the 2nd time I've seen "sous vide" refrenced today. What is it??
Also, tonight was the first time I oven roasted my carrots...banging!!

It is a water submersion low temperature cooking process. A lot of high end restaurants and steak places use them, then just sear the outside of the steak. You put some seasoning on your steak or whatever, put it in a waterproof bag and submerge it in the water. The Sous VBide keeps the temp of the water exactly what you want it to be. So if you want medium rate you put it to 130, and you can leave the steak in there for a day and it will never cook beyond medium rare. The collagen continues to break down the longer the meat it in the low heat so even a bottom round or chuck steak can be made to be as tender as filet. Also no meat with ever dry out on you again... nowhere for the moisture to go.

Here is a good one, it is expensive but worth it.

I can drop 4 lbs of chicken breast in a cooler with this thing and come back 2 hours later to the most moist and tender chicken breast you have ever tasted. I think for poultry it really shines!!!! Even when lazy I can just buy a 2lb pre season pack of beef or chiken fajita meat and drop it in there for a bit and TADA perfection. YOu will want to still sear it for the look or caramelization (Sp?) flavor but it comes out tasting awesome already just doesn't look as attractive.

It was the consistent color of yours and the lack of sear markings that made me think you may have used a sous vide. I recommend them for anyone who preps food. It is a complete game changer. ESPECIALLY FOR LEAN POULTRY!!!! No dry chicken breast ever again!!!!

Yes! Great for chicken, completely changes the way you'll view chicken breast. Bought my wife the Joule and it has been fantastic. 36 hour chuck roast comes out amazingly tender.
