Thanks MrKleen73 took me a few weeks to get everything situated. Had to get supp timing straight, and then nutrition. Preparation makes it very easy. Knowing what to have, and have it available. Still working at this on a daily basis, hour by hour, meal by meal. The Solution has been so patient , and has done nothing but HELP. I feel so good, endurance is up, strength is up, scale is steady, muscles are hard and full. Hell I even got some veins flowing big time in the forearms and shoulders. Eating all dam day, from 445am to 630pm...who woulda thought? Thanks for dropping in man,I know life has been busy for you lately. Always look forward to your feedback and insight .

Big night last night, man oh man how time flys. Seems like just yesterday I was 6 days a week scrambling around every night trying to get to practice. Last night was senior night for my oldest son, this kid has been playing since he was 5. I coached him til he got into high school. Invalid Link Removed
The school had these posted around the field for the seniors. Pretty awesome, it like 4×3 poster. We got to bring them home also.

#6 made team captain last night, he deserves it.

49-0 final score. Last regular season game. We have 1st Rd playoffs at home next friday.
My son gave me a card last night at halftime and asked me to not read it til later. So I did, f**kd me up. I will elaborate more layer when I get a few minutes. Time flys

So went back to elaborate on this, I will share with you guys the letter my son gave to me that night at halftime. It really meant alot to me. Invalid Link Removed
Bare with me/him and his handwriting. This came from my 17 year old son. The story behind this is, I started raising this young man when he was 18 months old. His biological dad agreed to sign over his rights to me when he was 5 years old and 2 weeks later he passed away. This kid is a man, a suvivor. I would the this kid to war with me anytime. This letter he gave to me really hit me hard. Not too many youngins show appreciation these days.

To Dad,
Thanks for being my coach all those years of pound ball and always having my back, but apart from that thank you for being a father figure and a role model.* I understand what it is to be a man,* to take care of your kids and wife before anything* else. You are the reason I started working at a young age and why I don't act like most kids my age because you show me everyday what it takes to support a family. You stepped up when no one else did and I am proud to call you dad.

Real sh1t here fellas...coming from a 17 year old

Awesome. You should feel good after that letter and you're fulfilling the dad job!:)

Great stuff, it is things like this that let us know we did something, or many things right! My son who lives with his Grand Parents, his choice ( long story ) but the gist is his Mom gave him to her parents and told me they were just watching him while she worked. They went to court and got emergency custody papers saying we had abandoned him. Keep in mind I was picking him up almost every weekend from their house because she was at work and they were "watching him" for her. At the time I was not in the financial or personal position to win custody back, and in the few years it took for me to go to school, get out and start making enough money to go back to get him he was happy and stable where he was. So I had to decide if I was going to be selfish or not and remove him from there. I told him when he was a little older if he ever wanted to live with me I would go through hell and high water to get him back, but I wasn't going to fight for him if he wanted to be there and was stable. He always told me he was happy there with them so I left him there.

Flash forward to his Senior Year, he was having a very hard time making it through and was about to quit school. Not because he isn't smart he is brilliant but just like his Daddy school learning wasn't working well for him. Self study is where he did best. Anyway he came to me and asked to live with me his Senior year because he said he knew that I was going to be the only one who could push him to stay and graduate. That he had always kind of wanted to live with me but was afraid of me being strict, but now he needed me to make him tow the line... made me feel pretty good that when it came down to it I was the one he turned to.

Now he is making 6 figures programming which he learned by himself, and is also an entrepreneur doing all kinds of Websites, phone apps, and SEO stuff on the side. He goes to Sweden for a week once every quarter and they take him out on the town and wine and dine him. All at 24, pretty slick kid!!!

Awesome story, I knew one day maybe when my son was in his 30 he would look back and say "dam dad, I had a good life" . Didn't think it would come this fast. I thought you know maybe he would have to get out there on his own, with a family and raise some kids to realize what my wife have done. But know, he threw this at me. He has always known just me as dad, he is aware of the situation of me adopting him of course. It shows his character as a man. I wanted to post that back during football season but was to busy to get around to it.

Your story was touching. I know those were some hard times for you. Remember the old saying " good things come to those who wait".

And my hats off to your son for all his success at 24. Turn on the news and see what majority of 24 year Olds are doing these days.

Yes, your note is super touching and if it were me I would get a bit misty eyed reading it. Sounds like he has a hell of a head on his shoulders and is learning from someone with tons of work ethic how to be a man and that is truly awesome! I bet in some ways he sees you as more than a Dad, you chose him. You went out of your way to not only make him feel like a great stepson, but to let him know more than anything you wanted to be his father. In some ways since he already knows and grew up aware I bet that means more to him than a Dad who simply had a kid. Let's be honest you took it much farther than most would and I think that is very honorable.

His grandfather is a lot like you when it comes to work though. He worked at the plants and also had a side hustle clearing lots and stuff for the county. Built his business and client roster up and is planning to sell it in the next couple years for 3-5 million... Alrweady had people interested... So he learned a lot about that type of work ethic living there too. He worked for his Grandpa making 10 an hour starting when he was like 12, and was running some of the crews on occasion by the time he his 16 so he has that hardcore work ethic from living there but with intelligence like mine... So as much as I wanted him he really benefited from being there in that environment as well.

Yes sir, when I started reading your 2nd paragraph I was like "holy sh1t" how does Kleen know this much about me.....hahhaa...I thought you were still talking about my son, because my dad...his grandfather does the same thing that you stated. That's so cool man, start them young amd expose them to real world hands on experience. My dad has played a HUGE role in the upbringing of my son. You know I'm not always around due to work, and my dad is always the next man up for me.

You straight up have a talent that is so awesome. I've told you this before, you have a way with words bro. You can literally take words and feelings right out of my head and put them here on these forums sometimes. Unbelievable

Thanks Brother, I have always contemplated trying to write articles or something. I used to write a lot of poetry and stuff too. I really enjoy doing it, which is obvious by my verbose writing style. ;)

Off day today from training. .
4 workouts this week while still fight congestion, but I made
Good week of macros
Good week of 7+ hours of sleep each night
Good with the scale as right now all I want to do is maintain. I want to be in 200-205 range on 1/1. Then go from there, not sure yet. I do know around march/April I will want to start trimming down into the 190s....
