Things are going good, my appetite is crushed. I don't know if it's the ACV, the lemon water, or the MUSCLE SKULPTOR. Those are the only 3 things I'm doing different, well 16 hour IF also. I'm good though, energy and strength are thought the roof. CANNIBAL RIOT is legit for pwo. Big let down yesterday, made an order on saturday, account was debited and then got an email yesterday that some of my items weren't in stock. Nice progress so far, and I hope your Condo is safe, or not too damaged and even if so I hope you have great insurance. At least it isn't your residence and you won't be physically put out.

Also color me surprised that a Californian would have a condo on the beach on the East Coast. I always hear the west coasters dogging the East coast beaches...

It is 98-99% deficit and training, and 1-2% combination of the other stuff. ACV will help with insulin sensitivity, and is amazing for detox, and alkalizing but other than a mild diuretic effect it isn't a huge factor in weight loss. Lemon is also good for detox and alkalizing but again not a big factor in weight loss.
Muscle Skulptor is going to be more responsible for energy and appetite suppression which obviously helps maintain the deficit. However the difference is the mindset and discipline being applied. Give yourself some credit here stud! I mean lets be honest if the only thing you changed recently was the supplementation you wouldn't be able to see a difference right now.

Yeah buddy!! The deficit and training is on point right now. In your opinion, I feel as though I need a refeed. I want to keep it kleen (you like that) but I'm trying to grub. What do you think would be a good amount of calories P F C? The muscle skulptor is crushing my appetite, I'm just not trying to burn muscle and keep true energy up, not just stim energy. Thanks MrKleen73. Also, I'm planning a rest day this weekend from training. Probably sunday, should I refeed and rest the same day or does it make a difference?
