Nice, my belt for my 36's does the same thing right now, except for my work pants the belt loops are much farther apart so it sticks out past my hip on that side. Yeah man tI am going to go ahead and say this here and I hope it isn't considered a bad thing for you. However I was of the opinion you were not eating enough when you were trying to cut weight. You looked like you were losing as much muscle as fat at that point. To me you honestly look better now than you were when you hit under 200. Not much fat on you at all and your muscles are much fuller and impressive looking. When you start cutting again, try not to go too low on calories. You don't want to lose muscle while trying to lean up, and doing it just to lose weight faster is not good if the goal is better composition. You drop 4lbs and 2 is fat and 2 is muscle then you are still the same bodyfat percentage just a smaller person. That isn't the goal for you so watch those calories getting too low on your next cut.

Hanks for the positive feedback. Honestly right now and the last 2 months I'm probably consuming 3-3500 cals a day. Unfortunately most of that us after my long day. Scale is moving between 206-210. Energy levels and endurance is through the roof. Tuesday I'm gonna start buckling down on nutrition again. Not all at once, I could probably start at 3k a day and lose 1lb a week still which is fine with me for sept-oct. Slowly taper down if need be. I do notice from the pics I née to work on stomach and handles. Seems that when I relax and gain it goes straight to the mid section, thighs and azz.
Can someone tell me if MUSCLE SKULPTOR has stims in it please? Dont have the bottle with me right now . Thanks LeanEngineer

I never liked the way the 2 doors drove (too short of a wheel base) the newer 4 doors drive better, The brand new JL drives very nice!!
