So a new month and fresh start for me, over the last month I have been bullchittin alot. 2 or 3 workouts a week, nutrition out the window, half azz supplement routine, drinking like a fish, and smoking like a chimney. I will say I had a good azz time doing it!! It was a fun month, with that said the scale is up 12lb in 30 days!!!! I was at 200.8 at transformation time at beginning of July. I don't let things like this bother too much cause I know what to do to straighten up. First things first here on the 1st of the month, can I knock that 12lb back off in 30 days? Well that's the goal for me. Macro tracking starts today, cold turkey on the cigs, told the lil girl to put them back at the counter this morning. Solid exercise regime starts today, alcohol will be cut back dramatically to maybe 1 day a week. This log is about to catch fire. I have several goodies in the mail now. As of now, just planning on ALPHA LEAN, GREEN MIGHT, and my MULTI V, oh and some random glycerol to get me through until I get my stack situated.
 
Whenever I do a serious cut and I track macros it's crazy the progress i see. I'm sure doing that and with your combined goodies you should get some nice results.

In 4-5 months of being on point you should be ripped up my friend! I have relaxed a good bit since the contest but using a seesaw approach to deficit and refeeding to try to maintain pretty close to where I was. A little softer now but my abs are still popping, and should be looking good by mid week next week. I have 2 concerts to go to this weekend and carbs and calories will more than likely be high at both of them. Will fast up until just before the concerts most likely then have dinner and then a few drinks at the concerts.

Seeing 5FDP and Breaking Benjamin tomorrow, and then Imagine Dragons Saturday so lots of fun to be had this weekend.

Man I got on the scale monday and it read like 212 sumn. ...that was it for me. Threw away the cigs, cut out the junk, set the macros and went to the supplement stash and whipped up a doozie. I have to be at 200 for my confidence to be sky high, anything below that is a boost...above it I feel like a fat boy!!! On day 2 of the cigs.....boy oh boy I could crush ... 3 right now

Gotta switch up sumn, got very nasues yesterday and had to stop core early, today I actually threw up! Thank god I was in the garage and was able to get the garage door open. 1 cap ALPHA LEAN / 1 cap VASO6 / 2g glycerol on an empty stomach is the issue I'm sure. No biggie, will prolly just go back to one of pwo , and 1 cap VASO6 . Then take ALPHA LEAN after post shake. Pretty much can drink GREEN MIGHT whenever. Kinda pisses you off when you dedicate your morning at 3am to a workout and start puking at 415am....ain't the first time and prolly won't be the last

Day 3 on the cigs, trust me the irge is definitely there but haven't and ain't giving in. If I don't buy them, I have nothing to smoke.

Within 3 days most of the nicotine and by products are out of the system and once they were out of my system it was then only the habitual stuff I had to fight. In otherwords, the after meal, the before bed or just waking up ones. You know the ones where you just kind of lit up due to the conditions around you and not really wanting or needing one. Those habitual parts were harder for me but the main desires or true cravings were gone within 3-4 days.
