Dang man! Nice work! Looks good. That could definitely count for your workout.
The material I put down to build up to the patio was cr6, is that what you were talying about or the edging holding in the mulch? That's a pre made metal border, they interlock with each other and have little flanges on the inside so you can drive spike in the ground to keep the sturdy. Once I think of the name of them I will let you know Rocket3015Looks Great BOSSMAN what product did you use for the boarder ? I am looking for something similar for a project ?

I love that show. One of my favorites. Im an avid fisherman and watching that show really makes me think "wtf am i doing wrong?" Bc hes always catching giant fish and i just have the worst luck. Had a 4 foot pike go for my lure a couple weeks ago, literally 2 feet from my kayak so i got a very good look at it. It went for it mouth gaping open and bit down, and missed the lure. I was like fck! Come on!River Monsters episode!Looks like fun!
Man oh man, that would be insane once you got that bad boy to the kayak....cut the line I guessI love that show. One of my favorites. I think you need to just take a few days off bro lol working yourself to death. Idk if thats what it is or if its the vaso6. Ive never heard of vaso6 doing that. Could just be coming off stims for sure. Thats never a fun time, taking a stim breakSo the past 2 weeks I have slowly dropped my stims (Alpha lean) just as a scheduled stim break. I would say it has been about 7 days now straight with no stims at all. Obviously it's tough from going 100 mph back to normal and there is possibly a withdrawal reaction examples being lower energy, lethargic etc...but nothing to crazy just normal procedure. So 2 weeks ago I started the caps of vaso6. The pumps are instant and last a long time. With that being said, I've noticed what I beleive to be a spike in my blood pressure in which my BP is usually perfect. It has been to where it's a challenge to make it through the day without dozing off, no energy at all. I have read through the forums and other sites and have came across a few articles and mentions from other people that this has happened to them also. I did not take the cap today and don't plan on it this weekend either. I'm going to check BP today and monitor it along with just my general well being the next few days. If everything seems normal I may dose again mid next week to see if the symptoms Re occur and monitor BP as well. This could all be mental, this could be just coming off stims, it could be just flat out exhaustion from the heat and the lifestyle I live. Hopefully it's one of those. Just wanted to throw this out there to you guys that follow my log and will look for opinions and suggestions. Weird thing is, I do not recall any of these symptoms when I was using cannibal riot which has the same 300mg per serving. I'm hydrated and my sugar is on point also in which that will be monitored o er the next few days also.
BOSSMAN , As an avid landscaper, you surely know "Hydrangea" (also called Hortensia), right?
Took a pic of Hortensia at my farm, had to share it with you, because nobody would ever believe me:

Update on the vaso6 situation from last week...I haven't taken any vaso6 since last Thursday and I haven't had any episodes since as far as BP spike. I guess we all react to things differently
