6 caps TRUE SHRED, man oh man I like this stuff. Almost wrapping up a 7 week run do to the higher dose. Can I run this longer, or should I move on and come back to it later????

Got the day off today from day job, gonna be a make or break weekend for me. I forsee lots of alcohol, seafood , and vagina available at all times for the next 4 days!!!!!! Gonna do the best I can , I have a tree to cut today, powerwash saturday and back to lawn care on sunday/monday. Isn't that fukkd up, here I am saying I have the weekend off and look at all that sh1t on my schedule. ...hahhaaa...I signed up for it

I'm back fellas after a long holiday weekend. Got everything done on the honey do list, spent 3 days on the river, and had friends and family time. Had a great workout this morning, my goal was to sweat out all the bad doings from the weekend. I think I succeeded. Got the pool open and operable last week, so now I I have another form of cardio. After I finish this bottle of true shred I will be at 7 weeks due to the 6 cap a day increase on 2nd bottle. If I were to get a 3Rd bottle and do the same that would put me at a 10 week run. Thoughts?
 
Nice pool workout!;) But on the true shred if you were still getting good results toward the end of your second bottle you could go for a third. Most people take a break after two bottles but it's up to you on how you're feeling and the results that you're getting.

That 15 minute HITT session I did this morning almost made me throw up! I did 20+ Tricep pushdowns, 20+ preacher curls, then straight to the treadmill for a 7mph 1/4 with no stopping amd did 3 rounds...HOLT SH1T! It's at the point now I have to do different workouts like this to keep losing weight. ...

Gotta start keeping a eyeball on these carbs, been way to high this week. I will try to stay under 100 per for at least 5 out of 7 days starting today through 30 day transformation
