Yet to pick up any 1-C. The SAP is great and i have heard so much about the 1-C... I have a bottle of PF sitting here, 3/4 empty. May be time to talk to the space monkeys... :hitit:

Boro - hope you don't mind me posting a meal up!

This is a whopping great load of protein, fats and cholestrol - but it's all the good ones, and I'll eat this once a week.

I'm trying to get my boost my test levels up (with a little help from DTHC and SuperSap) - this would be a great Prime Meal also:thumbsup:

Test-Boosting Madness

4 whole Eggs (free-range)
100g sliced fresh salmon
2x chopped spring onions
zest of lemon
cracked pepper

all in the stir-fry (5min max)

PRO = 46.6g
CHO = n/a
FAT = 32.0g

It's all in line with my no-starchy-carbs-at-night diet.

Note: Only Pussies Don't Eat Whole Eggs!

I work at papa johns. Try the large whole wheat crust. Extra sauce, light cheese veggie deluxe with chicken. Sprinkle crushed red pepper on it. Pretty good meal, and good for you.

Since the team I coach's season is over I will be working out a little earlier now, so I wont be able to school your ass in the gym and make fun of the MMA kids, haha.

Front Squats, Friday. Boo-yah.

MS looks pissed in that picture, haha.

I don't have a Jewel in my city..
It's usually at your upscale grocers, like here in Fort Wayne it's at Kroger in the organic frozen section. I've heard other guys have found it at Trader Joe's (we don't have one of those either)..

i went to kroger yesterday and couldn't find it. I'll check again, but I did find some sweet potato chips. (ingredients: ONLY sweet potatoes, healthy oils)
They are so good. Good for moderate carbs/higher fat diets

Make sure you're looking in the organic section, freezer, should be next to the refrigerated section with all the soy milk & stuff. I know the layouts in these stores are fairly similar..

Oh and Vitamin Shoppe's have this stuff called "Veggie Chips", also with sweet potatoes, taro, pea pods, and some other good stuff -- it is DA BOMB! :)

Wakey Shakey...
Carb Cycling - Day 1 - Moderate
I am going to try my hand at carb cycling. I attended the EliteFTS/Troponin Nutrition Seminar in Columbus, OH this weekend and had some great convo with Justin Harris. Harris is (IMO) the leader in carb cycling for powerlifters. I will do my best to stick with this as it may be an issue with work and such, must stick with it.

20 minutes prior to meal - 2 USPlabs Recreate
w/ meal - 1 GNC Maximum Greens Vitapak

2.5 scoops ATW Cinnabun
1.5 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1T Honey
1t Morton Salt
2g Creatine Mono

mmm..my kind of shake bro! I think this cycling-bit could be right up your alley, looking forward to see how you like it.
And nice choice on the multi -- that's a quality blend! :thumbsup:

I think it is too, tolerable! Hopefully, I can lean down a tad while gaining strength.

The multi is great, started them last week. I like the Flax and Calcium inclusion, I am mildly lactose intolerant and this makes it easy to get my C.

Noticed some interesting combos of food now that you started the new carb cycling diet. Are these incorporated after the talk with Justin and part of his program, or are the carb sources by choice and the macros the basis of his advice?

Well, the carb sources are mostly up to the user. Macro amounts and placing are laid out.

This book is a quick reference guide to certain sources and macro amounts as well as general guidelines for setting up an effective Macro Cycling protocol.
For $9.95 it is a killer deal, and kills some headaches.

I am going to check that book out, thanks for the heads up Boro.

Also got another question for ya. When you dosed the AP prior to your empty stomach cardio, was it because of potential effects while doing the cardio, or is it because your session was 20 minutes so you popped it in preparation to the post workout meal?

Both. Mullet has laid out a killer Fasted Protocol and I am experimenting with it.
The synergy between Recreate and Anabolic-Pump is of utmost importance.
