I had this for breakfast:

4 egg, fat-free cheese omelette:

4 jumbo eggs
1/2c KRAFT (seriously has to be Kraft) Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Spanish Onion
1 Cherry Tomatoe
2 Bella Mushrooms
1/4 Diced Red Pepper
1/4 Clove of Garlic
1/2c Spinach
Pepper
Oregano

The trick to great omeli (my imagined word for plural form omelette) is to cook both sides evenly, then grate the cheese in the center, place the spinach in there, and roll into a log. You have to leave it slightly uncooked, as it will cook through in the rolled up form. Then the center is all cheese.

I added 3/4 cup of Ezekiel Sprouted Grain cereal, 1 cup of Kahsi Go Lean Puffs, and 1 cup of Strawberries.

Only takes about five minutes and it's delicious.
 
I like the addition of the dinosaur BBQ sauce in one of the above posts, I haven't had that stuff since the last time I went to Rochester which was years ago.

It is a "food-pump" primer. This is the meal in which i get all the nutrients that will be used to get the "food-pump" that we all love.

I add them into the fry for approximately 2 minutes at the very end. It adds moisture and flavor, without making the tomatoes soggy. Cherry or San Marzano tomatoes have the most flavor.

Beef is boiled to break lipid deposits, making it essentially fat free.

I read somewhere to marinate steak in 1/2 cup of red wine and 1/2 cup of olive oil for 24 hourse before cooking.

Aparently it replaces the 'bad fats' with 'good fats'.

Haven't tried it personally, but if I did I'd add garlic.

btw, i see you are eating oats for ur POST W/O meal. i thought you were supposed to eat simple carbs after you workout...or do u just like oats:think:
 
I have found it better to have a blend of complex and simple carbs. I gain fat pretty easily therefore i keep simple carbs to a minimum and only in conjunction with USPlabs Anabolic Pump. I would like to keep my insulin response as low as possible.
