Dude, I made two delicious grilled vegetable dishes today.

One was a grilled vegetable and chicken wrap w/ fat free mozzarella.

The other was a grilled vegetable and pasta salad w/ EVOO, and chicken with a salsa mixture on the side.

Did you think of me?

This meals would be cheat meals for me at the current stage of my cutting. But they look delicious, and are exactly what I crave now as opposed to pizza or donuts.

I understand that some of the meals are pretty "surplus" but i am still losing lbs so, im going to keep eating. I would rather work a little harder in my GPP work and be able to eat... ya herd?

90% Fat Free Grilled Spinach and Vegetable Burger

Ingredients:

1 90/10 beef patty
1/4 red onion
2 bella mushrooms
1 whole wheat-whole grain bagel
handful of fresh spinach
paprika
chili powder
pepper

Method:

Turn saucepan sprayed with Pam on medium-high, and place all veg except the spinach in when hot. Sautee for about 2 minutes, until slightly blanched, and add in the beef patty. Keep the veg and patty (haha) close, but separated. This will infuse the burger with the vegetable flavour, and vice versa; eliminating the need for salt to a certain degree.

[The best manner to cook the patty, contrary to popular beef, is to flip every thirty seconds. This 'cycles the juice' (lol - I don't know why I'm using this wording) within the patty, preventing it from accumulating and dissipating.]

As the patty is finishing, add the spinach to the vegetables currently being cooked. To char the spinach only takes about 1.5 minutes. Once spinach is charred, and burger is done, place both sides of the whole wheat bagel inside the pan, and fry about 4 minutes aside. Form the burger with vegetable mixture and patty, and flip 2-3 times. This allows the juice to soften the inside of the bagel, while the outside stays crisp and delicious. Drizzle with Frank's, a squirt of mustard, and 1 tsp of fat-free miracle whip.

The entire meal is low-sodium, and has only 12 grams fat total; 6 being saturated. This is diet friendly, as nothing in it is processed, and a high fat content is key - IMO - when dieting. Try it out brethren.

8oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
Garlic Moch Mash (Steamed, Mashed Cauliflower)
Peppers and Onions

I did some interesting things with this meal.

1. Moch mashed potatoes: boil/steam the cauliflower then throw them in a blender or food processor. Somewhat tasteless, add a touch of butter, salt pepper and some garlic.

2. Peppers and onions where simmering, i threw a handful of almonds in a food processor then dumped them in with the P&Os.

Yummy meal!

Impressive bb!

My wife is also becoming very good at cooking the bodybuilding type diet! She watches rachel ray to no end, but i've got her cooking it the right way now haha!
