Diet - clean for the most part, will def start posting meals on Monday!

Strength: wasn't there today
Speed: fast paced workout as usual
Co-ordination: good
Quality of Training: pumps are phenomenal
Mood/Aggression: on edge constantly
Libido: no ill effects
Joints: sore
Overall Sense of Feeling (to include mention of any shut-down or sides):tired today, skipped my rest day last round and it's catching up on me. One more day, then rest!!
