Bodyweight exercises Challenge! (Plus giving away 1 bottle of Division 1)

would it be a bad idea to do

100 pull ups
3 sets of DB rows
3 sets of lat pull downs
and 7 sets of Hammer strangth rows

for a back workout today? dont want to over train, but im working really hard on thickness and want to get those rows in there aswell

my back thickness sucks, but i have good width, i hate it
 
80 pull ups in sets of 10 in about 17 minutes. Couldn't get the hundo! I was furious! Next time I'm doing this at the beginning of back day!

I think your good! It's not over training imo.
 
thanks for the quick response ill be hitting it in about 30-45 min, i will post my pull up time when i get back, they will be BW though b/c i suck at pull ups haha
 
19:01 I suck and my form was horrible lol, I hate pull ups. Having horrible back workout for like 2 months now
 
hah thanks man, never really been a pull up kind of guy, i arch my back alot for some reason

4 sets of 25 BW dips in 13 min. Suck! I think I'm going to start throwing this in my routine monthly so I can gauge where I'm at.

Here is a routine:
20 rounds at 1 minute intervals. Be prepared to sweat!!!
30 skips(I do boxer style skips so fast feet) with a skipping rope
6 BW pull ups
16 mountain climbers
6 kettlebell or dumbbell swings
Complete in under a minute, rest the rest of the minute and Start all over again at the next minute

Taxing!!!
