Blueline and his new lifts

I had another awesome workout today. I tried to do some chain dips for a video but my chest was pretty beat from yesterday. I hit a lot of volume today. weight is also down again 184. well 183 on one and 185 on another. lol.

wide-wide lat pulldowns 100x10x10 (not counting 4 warmup sets)

Behind the neck Standing military press 95x15x4

BB row 135x10x4

Seated Cable rows (wide grip and narrow grip) 60x15x6

upright rows using rope 35x12x4

facepulls 30x12x4

shrugs 40x15-20x5

I hit abs until my core hurt. My hamstring is starting to feel better. I want to push myself but I know it still needs to rest. Im dying not doing squats this week. If I didn't squat last Friday I probably would be all healed up. oh well.

Im in the home stretch with stack. I need to make sure I have everything for my pct. atleast I need to find everything. I have stuff all over the house in boxes and bags and what not. lol.
 
My wife tried a new recipe last night. It was amazing. Here it is before it came out of the oven.

Dont want to sound like a dick but please quit doing behind the neck anything. Friend to Friend! I know they work, but I did them for years that way and loved the pump but I tore my labrum doing these and it has never been the same.
There are way too many exercises for the shoulders that are easier on the joint.

Alot better than my Dry chicken breast and brown rice I just ate. Oh I forgot the pea's with no salt and no flavor.

There are way too many exercises for the shoulders that are easier on the joint.

I only do behind the neck stuff to change positions and stimulate different muscle patterns. Notice it was lesser weight.

For the most part yes. It's going away. And the hammy is slowly getting better.

Sorry to act like a DAD sometimes, just concerned. I want you guys to be able to lift for 50years and hopefully not have to deal with a bunch of injuries.

I don't want anyone young to mess themselves up. I personally like to incorporate them periodically at lighter weights to cause a different strain on the shoulders. It's been a couple weeks or so since I last did BTN presses and it'll be a few more weeks again.

I'm actually pretty lucky. the guys I use to lift with don't even lift anymore. they are like 80 yr old crippled men. They also abused gear! so therefore they could always lift more than me and probably took even more of a toll on there bodies.

Now lets all go lift!!!!!! hell ya!!!!!!

Ugh. I just got done lifting. Like 13 sets of incline. After that I kinda blacked out and the rest of my lift was a blur. Not even really sure what all I did. I'm gonna have think about it hard.

I just talked to my "coach" he said he's gonna email me tonight a plan and bunch of different stuff to look over. Hopefully next week I'll be starting my new program. I'm super excited to finally start down that road. What really sucks is I have significant less cycle left than I thought. And by that I mean. I'll probably be starting pct. like Sunday.

A crap ton of tri press downs. About 6 sets of working weight then v bar press down 100-20x10 each (20@20lbs)

About 15 sets of Db curls at 10 reps. Used an incline bench and changed the angle each set. Used 15s for the first ten sets then 25s for the last 5.

Then I hit abs until I couldn't sit up. Laid there for a few minutes then got up. Lol.

These last two days have been about adding higher volume and working on lagging areas. Mainly my upper back and upper chest. I really feel like those are my week spots. I really need this weekend to recoup. I've killed my body all week.
 
Dinner today was chicken fajitas with green peppers and onions. I added a little cheese and some salsa also.

Made a huge mistake today. Ugh. Wife's at work and I'm not feeling great today. I'm not getting sick I'm just kind of feeling bipolar, tired, and stressin. So I ate a thing of pizza bread and drank two mtn dews. I didn't even drink a whole can yesterday and today I've had two. I'm going to call today a cheat day and hit a fast tonight going into tomorrow.

Just take it for what it's worth. The weekends are hardest for me because of lack of schedule and family commitments. There are some days where almost everything I eat, I can get the cals from a menu board. I just let it drive me going into the next week
 
I was just feeling pretty good at how well I was doing cutting carbs and pop. Oh well. I'll Just make up for it with some stuff later. I should get a jump rope. Lol.

Agree! You are on the right path brother! You have to have a slip up hear and there or you wouldn't be living. Atleast you relise it's a slip up, but you can't beat your self up over it. Life is to short to not enjoy a few things along the way.
Just remember it next week and use it to motivate you to hit that extra set or two.

It's beef udon. Big wheat noodles. It's kinda slimy but it's amazing. The fried egg on top makes it so much better too.

Still haven't gotten anything from my coach. Only thing I've gotten so far was the client questionnaire. I saw him Monday and he said he had more stuff for and would email me. I know he's new to this and I'm not in any real hurry to start but I'm freaking ready to start!! Hopefully today I'll be able to talk to him and work stuff out. He's always got a client or two working when I see him and I don't want to interrupt. Ugh

If I can give you some advice, Stop Pushing Yourself!! You know you got an injury, so accept it and give it a chance to heal. Keep jackin around and you're gonna end up doing some serious damage.
