Blueline and his new lifts

Alright guys. Its time for me to get my lifts back on track. Thanks to a lot of you I have really tuned in on my mind and muscle connection. My workouts are at a new level and I am really starting to see results. But, I am slacking. This always happens. I get a new product or run a stack and Im great but afterwards I stop logging my lifts and I am just simply maintaining. Im tired of slacking. I really want to change. So I am getting back on track and what better way than to jump on the bandwagon. Im gonna try this so called HST. This log will be for me to keep track of my lifts, have some fun, posts pics, and whatever else. Just somewhere for me to keep my thoughts.

I have been reading the articles and books on HST and I think i get it. I have done full body routines before and the success I have is varied. But, it has always been positive. I have not done the routines to this volume so i am curious as to how well it works. Everyone on here seems to be having pretty good results. I found a few different layouts for routines in those books i think SFreed posted for me a while back. I will be doing routines four days a week maybe five. I have done this before and I know my body can handle it.

I am pretty excited for this. If anything else I will atleast have better workouts cause I will have a reason to keep a record again. I need to hold myself accountable for my gains!!

In as well! I'm loving the HST so far. But I'm pretty sure Studhorse is the resident HST expert. The only book I would be able to come up with would probably be full of thick girls.

I'm hear to learn. blueline438 & SFreed have this 4-5 day HST Hybrid version that I don't know sh it about.

I have this mental thing that I feel if I don't lift like 4-5x a week I'm gonna get fat and lazy and never go back. I'm just gonna do the routines laid out but without all the rest days.

Interesting. never seen a 4-5 day a week HST.
I have seen a AM/PM split. or a 6 day. basically each workout is split in half.

I saw the six day split but I can't lift 6days and I can't do two a days right now. I'm going to follow this two part routine but I may manipulate it slightly to fit a four day routine. I may not have to. If I only get four days a week it will be Monday Tuesday and Thursday Friday. So I may just stay true to this plan. We will see. I've never done this style before. Who knows I may not be able to handle it.

I saw a few more different variations I liked too. I'm not set in stone on what I'm doing yet. This was just one I kinda like.

Looks like what I'm doing now. only principles of HST I do is the weight or rep increases every workout.
Week 1-2 15 rep range. Week 3-4 12 rep range. Week 5-6 8 rep range, week 7 Negatives , week 8 drop sets.
A: Mon. & Thur.
Hack Squat regular X4
Hack Squat Platz Style Super slow on the down. No Weight X4

Seated Leg Curl Cybex Hams x4

This is about all I can do with my F’d up shoulder
Hammer Decline Bench X4

Standing Cable Flys X4

Two arm Land minds (Squeeze at the top) x4

Cybex Tricep Hammer Machine x 5 (if they get too big I will skip for a week)

Standing one leg Calf Raise (Body Weight) 30-40ea. and Heavy weighted press 370#
Super set. X6

Ab Crunch Mach. x 6 up 5lb. 15 second rest. Start #85
Shoulder rehab. (3 days a week) Mon / Tue. / Fri.

Cardio Stair climbers (If I feel like it)

B: Tue. & Fri.

BO Lat. Raise (on Hammer fly) x4

Cable Standing side Lat. Raise x4

Hammer behind Neck Press (Facing into the bench) x4

Pull Ups x 4 (maybe 10ea since I’m a fat a**)

Seated Hammer Row x 4

Strait Bar Curl x 4 includes the bar

Rope Hammer Curls x 4

Seated Hammer Shrug x4 (one week on one week off) they get a little out of proportion.

Reverse Crunch on incline x 6 (15 second rest). 34reps first set.
 
Studhorse... What is a hammer decline bench? Hammer grip on dumbbells?

Its a Hammer strength Behind the neck bench. If I face toward the back my shoulders can handle the motion.

If your sholders are good you can do them on a smith machine. Use to love those. you can go heavy as sh it!

I found a four day split. That's made for hst. Upper on Monday Thursday. Lower on Tuesday Friday!
