I had another awesome workout today. I tried to do some chain dips for a video but my chest was pretty beat from yesterday. I hit a lot of volume today. weight is also down again 184. well 183 on one and 185 on another. lol.
wide-wide lat pulldowns 100x10x10 (not counting 4 warmup sets)
Behind the neck Standing military press 95x15x4
BB row 135x10x4
Seated Cable rows (wide grip and narrow grip) 60x15x6
upright rows using rope 35x12x4
facepulls 30x12x4
shrugs 40x15-20x5
I hit abs until my core hurt. My hamstring is starting to feel better. I want to push myself but I know it still needs to rest. Im dying not doing squats this week. If I didn't squat last Friday I probably would be all healed up. oh well.
Im in the home stretch with stack. I need to make sure I have everything for my pct. atleast I need to find everything. I have stuff all over the house in boxes and bags and what not. lol.
