So I'm really starting to watch my food intake today. I'm not making any calorie or macro goals as of yet. I am going to prep a few meals this morning and see how that goes. I also have several cans of mtn dew left and I'm going to start weaning off those. Lol.
For breakfast this morning I made three eggs and two pieces of bacon. Two whole eggs and 1 egg white. I think I ate maybe an egg and a half and my kids at the rest. And I also got a half piece of bacon. Lol. I'm gonna prep some chicken and rice now.
