Blueline and his new lifts

So I'm really starting to watch my food intake today. I'm not making any calorie or macro goals as of yet. I am going to prep a few meals this morning and see how that goes. I also have several cans of mtn dew left and I'm going to start weaning off those. Lol.

For breakfast this morning I made three eggs and two pieces of bacon. Two whole eggs and 1 egg white. I think I ate maybe an egg and a half and my kids at the rest. And I also got a half piece of bacon. Lol. I'm gonna prep some chicken and rice now.
 
Guys. I'm gonna lose my mind. I'm getting a coach. Talked to a guy today who competes and has been wanting to start coaching. I told him I can be a local beta test. We can both get our feet wet this way and he won't charge me. I told him that I'm on here and this would also help getting his name out there. So I'm freaking stoked. He's got a few things to get approval for first because he's gonna try and do it here at the conditioning center he works at. If not it will be on free time. Either way. The competition is looking like its gonna happen
 
Had a great lift today minus my leg aggravating me. BO rows were tough but I got through them. I am getting so much stronger now. I was gonna stop my cycle and got into pct at the end of this week but nah!!! I'm getting gains left and right. I don't remember the last time I did 135 for a standing military press and today it was easy. Here's my numbers. I'm also back down below 190. So that's good I guess. Trimming fat.

Not sure. I just talked to the head therapist here and he said that bruising was gonna come in anyways. But what I did to it last night just really aggravated it. He said to be really careful now and to do some active hammie stretches and it'll be fine in a few days.

Got to get off the DEW. that is what made me fat when I got out of college and wasn't working out any more. first job out of college. fridge full of free pop. not a good thing. put on 30 lbs in one year. drank like 6 dews a day!

In 2015 I went the whole year and only drank two pops. I had two vanilla cokes at Johnny Rockets. Lol. I honestly didn't see any difference in my appearance. But now I'm trying to change myself. I am happy to say that I've only had half a can today. :)

Yea. I think that may have been an issue. Lmao. I'll be honest. I'm feeling effing amazing right now when I work out. The weights are getting so much lighter.

My leg is killing me Gang. I'm having a lot of issue with weight bearing on it.
 
Has anyone really examined it yet?

I haven't seen a doctor about it. But a few therapist have seen it. They told me it would probably get a little worse. I was told that as long as I don't have sharp shooting pains while standing still it will be ok.
I can still walk on it its just pretty painful. I'm hoping its from not moving much last night. Bruising is not getting worse so that's good. If it doesn't start getting better in the next day or so I'm gonna go get it examined

Don't know if any of you all are also on my Kratom log but I'm logging the red vein Thai and it's fantastic. This morning I woke up at 630 and was feeling so groggy. Took a lot to get out of bed. But now. I feel effing fantastic. What made it even better is what my wife told me this morning. I told her I'm finally losing some weight. (I know I was over 190+ but I felt like it was all fat. I'm working really hard on that.) she told me she was talking to her friends last night about my appearance. They have always thought I was "buff" but my wife told them wait til you see him. He's getting so ripped. I'm probably gonna get pregnant."

She went from telling me I was gaining a good bit of weight and getting bigger to he's getting ripped now.

I'm higher than a kite right now. She never says anything like that to me cause it normally puts me in gun show mood. lol. I told her I'm still working on it and she said I'm curious to see how far you'll go.

I'm gonna hit lagging parts today. Shrugs for a million sets, pulldowns and I think I'll do more standing over head presses. I don't know yet. Not being able to do legs is really jacking up my schedule.
That's if I make it to the gym. I have grand jury at 930 then a press conference at 11. The city wants to layoff 40 from my station and 50 from the fire dept. FireTitan may need you to come up here and kick some a$$ with me

We already have a few. I don't want more until I'm out of school. But I'm getting a few comments from other people I know to.
I'm also happy to say that I've cut down on the mtn dew. I'm drinking two cans but I'm not really I end up throwing out just less than half a can. Plus I'm not eating as many sweets and cutting a lot of carbs in the day. I'd say I'm under 150 carbs easy. Last night for dinner I had two chicken breast and that's it.
