have seen the most improvements in my upper chest, and upper lats during my time using. overall pretty happy with how my workouts have been on it, and constant strength increases on everything now and then, with some weeks of not as strong to the next week, strength out of no where.
 
Wow guys awesome results and even better we have goals on both sides of the scales! I hope everyone leaves reviews on how they honestly feel, log links, and if they would use again. Mine will be long lol

As I've been really ill recently I'd like until next Sunday to post my results just so I can do a week of formeron from Sunday, but I don't necessarily have to qualify for the competition as I know it's out of the time frame
