My dinner at 1000 calories and 40 grams of protein. 7 grams of carbs.

Yes.
Step 1, after the eggs are in pot for 14 minutes Crumble up the hard boiled eggs.
Step 2, get 5 table spoons of mayo. keep it on the low side as the pepper jack cheese makes majority of flavor.
Step 3 cut pepper jack cheese in to small portions to melt in pot.
Step 4 enjoy and eat.

No carb late night snack or even dinner at 1000 calories ftw!!!

Steal away!!!

I killed in the gym today with Christopher. We did a amazing shoulder work out.
We did three sets of dumbbell Arnold at 50 pounds. Palm in to out.
We did the side laterals at eight second hold at for six reps three sets.
We did circles for the shoulder going from small to big, big to small. Six reps three sets.
Real delt raise. Three sets six reps 30lbs each hand.
3 minutes after working out.

My dinner was so bomb. Here is the break down. 65 grams of protein from 80/20 beef 10 grams from cheese 20 grams from eggs Mayo peppers salsa,

This was My first Dinner with Brother his gf mom and dad.

That dinner alone I ate was 1400 calories at 4 servings. Breakfast till 4 which is when I got there I had another 3000 calories than at home after family another 500-800 calories.
 
I would still like some text updates if you offer them please.

I have seen your pictures and clicked on a video of you doing step ups.

I am sure I am not the only one who is reading this who wants to know what you think of USP Labs patented anabolic. These photos might be more relevant if it was solely an appetite enhancer and nothing else lol.

Any size gain, vascularity, strength, side effects?

Oh, on the contrary! These pics make me VOMIT . . . I am LOSING WEIGHT from this log, it is a catabolic log.

He is testing a product? I did not know this . . . why wasn't I informed? Why isn't the product mentioned? Sure, if dj is gaining muscle it could be from the anabolism of FOOD . . . which is NOT patented . . . . yet, but I think ThermoLife might have the inside track on patenting food.

I Like how I'm hungry more often and I feel great in the gym all Around. Reps are up from previous week.

I have not put on Size yet but strength is up and hunger is a side effect. So e days I'm pumped and so e days I'm not. I know I have been eating more these past two weeks.
