Mixed perfectly. Only one swish of the spoon was needed.

Flavor was not exactly what I was thinking. I like a less potent flavor. This had its moments but was too strong/medicinal tasting in 12 oz of water. It wasn’t awful, don’t get me wrong, just a bit too strong for my preference. I typically use a 20oz glass for my pre workouts for this very reason.

I will say though that my God the aftertaste is awesome. Very fruity and enjoyable.

You are the first person to say 12oz is too strong, as 8-10oz is suggested for 2 scoops of Fullblitz.
Add more water if you think its too strong, but that is the first person who has cited that. Always different feedback, so its about finding the sweet spot for powder/water ratio.

My reply from other thread
Yeah I totally agree. I’m almost always needing more water in my pres so that’s one of those individualistic things and ppl should understand that and know themselves how they prefer their dilution

I used to be someone who needed stims, the stronger the better. Then, can’t remember the exact date, I ran the Vasoblitz log and did a 2 month stim break. After that I’ve noticed that my preferred pre workouts were stims in the 150-200 range for normal training days and around 300-400 on leg days. Ever since the break the stims hit me harder and in fact I’ve half scooped a lot of pres since then.

So my preference went from as much stims as humanly possible to desiring the other ingredients in a pre, like pump, recovery and focus enhancing with just a boost of energy.

The first thing I noticed was the impeccable focus and mood enhancement. I was just getting to the gym at this point which was about 15 minutes after drinking. A blast of energy kicked in perfectly timed fashion just as i completed my warm up sets, which today was around 25 minutes. This is great information for me because on leg days I typically roll/stretch for about 20 minutes before hitting my warm up sets. Due to being late in the day I scrapped the stretching and did a couple extra light weight squats than is typically performed.

Once the energy came in, it came in very strong. It wasn’t so strong that it prevented me from lifting or feeling nauseous or overwhelmed as can be the case with high levels of stims. But it had an amazing synergy with the focus and mood and really went hand in hand together for the entire session.

I was definitely in the proverbial zone the entire 90 minute session and the lifts felt incredible. So much fun today.

As for the workout:
Squats 7x6. 5 between 225 and 245

Sumo dL 7x6. 5 between 285 and 315

Barbell Calf Raises 4x10 225

Roman Deadlifts 5x10 135-185

Leg extension single leg 40 lbs x30 reps each leg in a 2-2,4-4,6-6,8-8,10-10 pattern

Nothing crazy with any of the lifts except the volume above 225 was the highest I’ve done in a session in a long time. And the 245 was the highest I’ve hit with my focus on depth and was very happy with my depth today for 4 of the reps at 245 and the other two were acceptable just not as deep as the first four

I typically don’t get incredibly strong pumps on leg days. The last time I truly had painful leg pumps was back when I used Vasoblitz for the first time. Today’s pumps were not to that painful level but I was using lower rep schemes and I get better pumps off higher rep ranges but for a 6 rep range it was definitely noticeable to me.

I trained fed today as I usually do. Today’s preworkout meal was a cup
Of peas, 2 potato patties and 4 popcorn shrimp leftover from last night. I ate this roughly 2 hours before lifting.

I am extremely consistent with h2o intake. 2 gallons on training days, 1 gallon on off days. The extra gallon is taken before to after the session. This will be consistent throughout every day, I haven’t varied in years on this.

Typically I take intra workout carbs along with aminos. Today I just went with aminos so I could get a good test without the carb source offering additional energy

The energy lasted well after the 90 minutes. And not a huge crash but feeling a bit tired now almost 7 hours post intake which really should be expected after a great session.

I’m going to have to pick up another bottle of Vasoblitz though bc the strength of the 2 scoop FullBlitz is perfect for me on leg days but just off a gut feel, I think the 1 scoop of each method will be best for other days. But I’ll test it out each way going forward.

Another thing I’d like to add, which is never talked about, yet I feel is such an enormous benefit of a quality preworkout and I definitely experienced this today.

This is how lifting is supposed to be hard work, yet also enjoyable. With every person having their own unique stressors in their lives, lifting is a reprieve from that stress and a quality pre will help you get into a zone, keep that focus high and let you forget about your problems while you’re doing something you truly enjoy doing. I know I share a ton about my life, that’s who I am, but I have a lot of stuff going on I won’t bore ppl with. But one thing that’s really been weighing on me is my best friend Toby, my border collie, was recently diagnosed with cancer, and only has a few months left per the doctors and it’s really combined greatly to the other issues many of you know about from my previous logs. Well FullBlitz provided me with as fun of a session, one where I left everything outside those gym walls and just had a day of it and that’s something no one can truly put an appropriate price on. So for that I want to say that for it to work for me in my current state like that, it’s going to work remarkably for others. Just wanted to add that bc to me, this is an important element of breaking a review of a pre workout down.

Bob, if I forgot to include any of your hot points let me know and I’ll reply in kind.

Some pump pics:

This first one was taken right after the session was over with. I used a filter and dropped the brightness which allows you to see beneath. You can clearly see where the blood was pooling. It looks disgusting but it definitely shows the massive amounts of blood flow distributed to the quads. Perhaps a similar result would’ve occurred just from the damage and breakdown the lifts themselves provided but I’ve done this in the past and while they’re was visible pooling it certainly wasn’t anywhere nearly as dramatic as this

This photo shows vasodilation in the arms. First my veins haven’t been showing that great lately. Second this was taken in leg day and arm vasodilation in leg day is kinda a pretty cool thing

4 hours post lift pics where the pump is still very prevalent.

Today was an active rest-ish day

Brief run down of the day

11 Oats for breakfast with a shake

230. 2 scoops watermelon Vasoblitz

3.-20 minutes stairs level 6-7

I’ve been having very good recovery results since I started doing low to moderate stairs the day after legs

Small core work. 15 minutes

Cable rotation 3x20. 10,15,20

Smith Machine hip raises 3x20 135

Kb carries. 40 lbs each

Both hands. 2x55step field
Both hands front loaded at shoulders. Same as above

1 hand. 1 trip down then back with other hand
1 hand overhead same

1 hand overhead 1 hand front loaded at shoulder. Switch after 1 length

345. Post workout shake with carbs

530 3 squares steak in the grass pizza plus 1 bowl Tuscan soup

In a few gonna have some cottage cheese and almonds

As for the Vasoblitz

Not gonna be super detailed like with the FullBlitz. My log should still be up if anyone wants to go back and read through it

I love this product. Using it during my first real stim break changed the game for me. It showed me that it’s the overall product and purpose and not simply stim. It also showed me how the right dosages in the right combinations are way better than just throwing a bunch of high dosed ingredients together

To date it’s my all time favorite non stim. I’ve used many pump products before, many work fine but none deliver the pumps this does, nor provides that total body wellness feel this offers at the first dose. Also Vasoblitz builds up in your system and just gets better with each. If I remember correctly it’s consistent at around the 12-15 day were the cumulative effects peak and stick around even for days after final dose.

This flavor is a good one. I used my normal 20 oz water which diluted it to the point of preferred flavoring imo.

An overall feel good vibe kicks in around 15-20 minutes. If taken on a pure rest day you get that vibe and you’ll see some random vasodilation here and there. But you’ll have an overall fullness feeling which is great. It shines just like that but when physical activity and the extra water is added to the day everything pops accordingly

Today I had some nice vein work going strong while on the stairs and got some additional fullness in overall thigh calf region

Core felt great as well.

Tomorrow will be chest front and side delts. Been focusing on upper chest and delts(particularly side) which you’ll see in tomorrow’s program.

Like I mentioned yesterday I feel ill only need the 1+1 method based on feel from yesterday’s session but definitely sticking to the 2 scoop FullBlitz method for each day the entire first run through. Then use the 1+1 method and compare/assess per split day.

I’ll keep my carbs post workout and defer from intra so energy can be purely evaluated without that extra push one gets from the intra carbs.

Im not a big fan of fasted. What I did today is about as close to fasted as I get. It’s just not my thing, especially if I remove the intra carb source from the mix.

If a fasted session is requested I’ll fit one in on arm day.

And oh in case anyone is wondering no food porn this time around as I gave sweets up for lent.

Funny thing is I was eating between 350-450 net carbs before giving up sweets now I’m around 120-175. Lots of carbs from sugar lol

I like ice cream but not like you and Marty. My dad goes through 4 half gallons a week lol

If you ate that much sugar a week. I would advise doing the following --->
Rice Cakes (portable)
Banana's (sugar from them is fine. Potassium will help offset sodium intake and prevent cramps)
Rice Packets (throw in microwave)
Bagels/English Muffins (Portable)

Should help you get up to 300+ in no time. One of my favorite meals is simple
1 bagel + 1 Banana + 2 scoops whey
mix the whey in water to make a paste, toast the bagel, spread on paste like a spread and top with banana's.
About 100g carbs 50g protein in the blink of an eye

I only eat ice cream once a week, but next weekend may be a little more sweets then normal.
Then again I just dropped $170 last night on dinner, so I will have to cut back on spending a bit haha

Day 2 of FullBlitz

Woke up late as usual lately. Dog keeps me up late. He doesn’t let us know he has to go outside anymore so someone has to stay up until he’s ready to go. Usually that’s around 1-3. It’s consistent but varies in that time frame and if I don’t stay up, I have a mess to clean up in the morning. It’s not just that either, he can’t support himself anymore and falls into it if I don’t hold his hips. So yeah been getting up late pretty much every day. But I’m just glad he’s still good otherwise, it’s gonna get worse at which time we’ll have to make a decision nobody wants to make but until then I’ll do what I need to.

So back to regularly scheduled program.

Got up at 1030. Ate oatmeal and a shake.

Around 2 I had leftover pizza
6F5AD541-3125-4F8F-8CC7-10EF95B45BC2.jpeg

Around 300 I took 2 scoops FullBlitz in 20 oz of water and this is my sweet spot like with most pres. I still get the flavor but it’s not as strong how I like it

Again the nootropic element kicked in first around the 15 minute mark with energy kicking in shortly thereafter. Felt a bit quicker today than it did for leg day but that was good as well.

Workout:
Incline barbell 9x6. 3 warm up sets. 6 between 155-165

Normally I’d have gone into a barbell floor press or flat bench but bc I got there late gym was packed and had to run audibles all day. My fault bc I got there late but it is what it is.

Incline Db 6x6. 60-70

Again wanted to do flat Db but everything 40 and up was taken at this point which I should’ve just held on to the 60s I had at the end but in any case went with

Flat fly with pauses. 5x10. 20 lb dbs

Chest was pretty engorged with a pump at this point so decided to finished chest off with a single set of plate loaded incline but as I was going there the cable station opened so I hit 3 sets of crossover flys low/mid/high 15x10 for low, x15 for mid and high

Hit that incline. 45 each side 45 reps each in the 12-12,10,10,8-8,6-6,4-4,2-2 and three singles rep scheme

That finished chest off. Switched to delts

1 arm Lateral Raises 3x10. 35 lbs

1 arm neutral grip overhead same

Seated high incline press 6x6 50-60

Game over

Tbh I exhausted each muscle group but still had energy left but saw no point in dealing with the crowds any longer. So my thoughts are that I could easily get away with the 1+1 method for chest no problem.

Many of you know my hatred for crowds so the fact that I stayed in there for 85 minutes shows how well the focus aspect of FullBlitz works. Was I agitated yes but never thought of saying f it and leaving like I’ve done many times before when this crowded. Not to mention it was international chest day too. So that’s a testament to FullBlitz.

Getting what I got in, in the time I did also shows the intra set recovery aspect seeing rest times were minimal. I didn’t time it but felt like 39-45 sec. prob shorter but fatigue in that aspect never was apparent either

I mentioned that the pumps were strong and they were. Not sure how well you’ll be able to tell but here’s a few pics I managed to get taken today that I think show the pumps in chest tri and delt regions

And this last one shows the type of quality vasodilation one gets with bffs products

B4591FF2-A0E3-454F-89B6-088F29B920EF.jpeg

Came home and had 2 monster bowls of homemade Tuscan soup. Leftovers from the other day but still as good. If you’ve ever had it at Olive Garden this is actually their recipe

20259880-BFDF-48F4-9A4B-4E7419E96C6F.jpeg

Next up is back with traps and rear delts

I do have about 18 hours of work to get done over the next few days so depending on when I get up tomorrow and Wednesday may wind up returning to lifting on Thursday. The locations are a decent drive so traffic will come into play too. If I can get up early enough and get back around 2-3 I’ll prob go in. If not not usually interested in messing with the evening crowds after 530. Just never productive and tbh I’ve never gone in after 8.

Anyhow prob a couple Vasoblitz days then back to normal programming.

If there’s anything I didn’t mention ask and I’ll be happy to give my take on specifics

Try 14-16oz if 20 is too much for flavor. Maybe that will be a good powder/water ratio

Wound up getting up late. Was up til 430. Actually outside from 1-415 on and off. Toby just wanted to chill outside before taking care of business. Anyhow got up at 12. At that point I knew lifting was out so I took 2 scoops vasoblitz. Took it in 16 oz compared to normal 20. No real difference in my opinion just a bit stronger but still in an area that meets my preferences

All I ate was a bowl of oats and tried a banana protein. Not bad either, actually kinda nailed the frozen part. But then I still had to slam out a bunch of stores

So Didn’t have time to stop and eat so got home and ate about 10 ounces of corned beef some mashed potatoes and some peas and onions

Still hungry so will be picking on and on rest of the night

Vasoblitz is super consistent. You get a nice overall fullness which you actually stop and notice throughout the day. This is before the buildup takes place and it’s just better with time. And this was just doing work. Noticed some veins in my forearms saying hello here and there too

Not sure if I have that other work for tomorrow or not bc each store is also on next weeks planning. Gotta feeling she’ll get back and say skip it which I’m not opposed to at all right now. Hamburg op and gowanda are kinda hikes. So most likely I’ll be back with FullBlitz tomorrow and another session

I’m pretty shot right now so this updates gonna be short for my standards.

Didn’t have to work so got a full 115 min session in. Only reason it was that long is that I literally lost track of time and kept going. Tbh I could’ve gone longer but I try to limit my training to 60-90 minutes max with my usual length is in the 50-65 minute range.

Woke up a bit earlier today 10. Oats and protein. Pretty much an every day breakfast for me.

Pbj for lunch. No sugar jelly with 4 tb pb. Around 1.

2 scoops FullBlitz in 16 oz at 2pm
-I can handle this. Basically a slightly stronger version compared to the 20 oz. I’ll go forward between 16-20 oz.

Focus kicked in again first around 15 minutes energy started kicking in about 20 minutes later which is fine.

First set at 245

Rack pull 9x6. 6 sets 315 and above with 3@375

Bent over row 8x6. 4 reg grip 4 reverse. Most sets between 155-185 with 2 at 225 but wasn’t happy with form so dropped back to 185

Bar shrugs. Grip slightly past shoulder width. 2 sec pause at top 3 sec hold at bottom 7x7. 5@225 1@185, 1@135

Long bar row 6x6 4@3 plates, 2@3 plates +a 25

Meadows row 5x6 45 & 2 10’s

Plate rear fly 4x10. 10’s

Handle Pulldown 3x12 100

Cable high row 2x15 50

Cable(rope)upright row 1x20

I definitely had higher weight totals for working sets but most in line with how I’ve been progressing.

As evidenced by my losing track of time the focus had me in a crazy groove. Backs my favorite day and just had a blast. Rest periods varied but most of guess were in the 30-45 sec range for the most part but easily could’ve been longer or shorter. I just went when I felt ready and I feel as if I’m recovering very quickly, above normal, since using FullBlitz.

Oh yeah pumps were stupid. I get nice pumps on back day but this was even more so.

This was midset but you can definitely see the quality of the pumps.

Oh for fun I took this photo and filtered it. I think I look ready for the stage here lol

D5C15B55-5647-4D96-A9C4-B44C47325970.jpeg

And the obligatory post session pose shot

471A79EA-2CF9-42ED-9D63-4EA457468559.jpeg

I’m extremely happy with my overall back development. Prob has a lot to do with the amount of fun I have on back day. But an interesting thing I’ve found is how on high rep days my back almost always is completely shredded but the low-mid rep range days the post session photos aren’t as carved up. Makes sense but just I find it interesting just how different the back looks in this case, as well as how the individual muscles take different shapes depending on how far back you bring your arms in, moving the scapula closer etc.. idk about you guys but that type of stuff always intrigues me.

Just took a quick shot of my arm veins still hanging out some 5.5 hours post lifting

6B5152BE-7572-42E9-9F09-345E3BD07C65.jpeg

Really looking forward to my next session. It’s arms and I’ve always had incredible pumps on arm day with Vasoblitz and based on the types of pumps I’ve been getting so far on FullBlitz(and the fact that Vasoblitz is in FullBlitz) I have nothing but high expectations.

Post workout meal 1 cup rice 8 oz chicken. Getting hungry again so Cheerios and yogurt are calling my name

Got to bed at 4 and then at 8 am a cop was banging on my door to move my car. Well we have 2 spots in front of my house and the guy across the street parked his car smack dab in the middle and the only place to park was across the street.

Well apparently they had signs up saying no parking. They did but they literally go up to your mid calf and last night was garbage night and guess what the garbage cans covered up the sign. I was pretty upset but luckily no ticket, so don’t have to fight anything thankfully.

Well never wound up going back to sleep.

Had my oats and shake at 830

Went out and did a couple of stores.

Had some leftover rice and a ham sandwich around 2.

Took 2 scoops FullBlitz at 3 pm in 20 oz water.

Same as the other days. Focus mental well being appeared around 15 minutes but today, perhaps it’s bc I was so tired, I felt a rush of energy kick in just slightly after the focus. Earliest for energy so far.

So got to the gym at 330. When I got there the bar and Db areas were kinda full but one of the cable stations was empty so I figured it was high rep day for arms and I’d just go ahead and put a crazy session together with the cables.

Giant set. 4 sets. Same weights for each. Rep per pound. 20,30,25,20
Rope push down
Close grip ez bar push down
Wide reverse grip ez bar push down
Ez bar skull crusher

Pump was insane right away.

Super set
Overhead (rope attachment) extension 4x20 20 lbs
Cable kickback 4x10-20 ish reps at 5 lbs. didn’t count went to failure each time

Triceps destroyed

Giant set 4 sets. First three exercises same weight 20 reps last exercise 30 secs each. 20,24,30,35 lbs accordingly
Ez cable curl. Wide grip low pulley position
Ez cable curl close grip high Pulley position
Rope attachment hammer curls
Hanging forearm holds

Incline Db Curls 3x12 25 lbs

Was gonna do 3 sets of zotman Curls to finish it off but pump was seriously fierce I just decided to scrap the last exercise.

Didn’t really get a chance to take any lifting pics wish I would’ve been able to bc vein game was out of this world but took a few in the locker room area and honestly I know the arm pumps I got with Vasoblitz alone were crazy but today’s arm session seemed even more. Prob due to it being awhile but still craziest arm pumps I’ve ever experienced have been using Vasoblitz and today’s felt like the best of all of them. Next time out it’ll be 6-8 rep range with heavier weights so will be nice to compare seeing higher reps typically give more intense pumps as a whole, but even being this was intense.

Here’s the game plan going forward-

Tomorrow shoulders mixed rep scheme.. Saturday high rep legs. Sunday cardio and abs
Then I have 51 stores to call on from Saturday to next Sunday. Doing close ones first few days so I shouldn’t have any issues getting to the gym over the weekend. Monday on is gonna be tough bc I’ll be all over the place from fredonia to springville all the way to Albion. It’s a haul. Im figuring about 70-80 hours depending on how quickly I can get the stores done and traffic. I figure I’ll have the normal 2 rest days in there and hopefully can find a couple days I can get in mid to late in the week adjust training splits accordingly.

See y’all tomorrow

Actually got a decent nights sleep.

Was really hungry this morning so had a bowl of peaches mixed into my double portion of oats and a shake

Spent the next 2 hours doing my taxes and I’m 12k poorer now, but I knew it was coming. Actually kinda happy about it bc I had figured it would be around 15 so I’ll take it as a win

2pm.4 tbs Pb no sugar jelly sandwich

3pm. 2 scoops FullBlitz in 20 oz water

Guess yesterday was an anomaly bc energy kicked in around 25 minutes which is closer to what it had been. Prob hit quicker yesterday bc of how tired I was. Focus stayed its normal 15ish minutes to kick in.

Mixed rep scheme shoulder day

Warm up tri set 10x20,15x15,20x10
Cable side Lateral
Cable front Raises
Cable rear fly

Smith seated shoulder press 6x6. 135x5,145

Bb upright row 5x8 115

Smith shrugs. 5x10. 3@205,185,135

1 arm smith shrug 3x10. 135

Lying rear delt fly 4x12 20

Overhead Db shrugs 3x15 20

Around the world 2xfailure. Guessing In the 20-25 range for the first one and around 8-10 for the last one

Actually forgot I told a buddy I’d pick him up at 5. So session was 75 minutes today.had tons of energy left as has pretty much been the case everyday. Really no crash at all but I’d guess energy increase lasts varied around 2.5-3 hours so if someone has a marathon session this should be plenty for them

Pumps like I expected from my experience with Vasoblitz are crazy every time. Really every part is prominent but if I had to rank the groups by pump I’d go with. Arms, shoulders, legs, back chest but best pumps regardless when compared to any product

Super happy with FullBlitz. Went and picked up a tub of grape which I’m looking forward to bc haven’t had a grape flavor in a bit but bobs YouTube sold me on the flavor. I’ll drop a flavor review in here when it gets here. Got another tub of watermelon Vasoblitz as well bc gonna run through the sample tub this upcoming week with all the work I have, figure that if I do get a session or two in, it’ll prob be late and not a fan of stims for evening sessions especially with my sleep issue as it is.

Here’s some pics from today’s session.

Should get that high rep leg session in tomorrow. Which brings up another great detail. I’d been getting a ton of quad doms after legs for a few months and had to do a ton of rolling after but the doms has been a non factor for all the lifts so far. I barely get doms for anything other than legs though. But in addition to the quickened recovery between sets, apparently the recovery post workout is strong as well. I really can’t remember if this was the same case with Vasoblitz and too lazy to go read through that log but just wanted to make note of that here for FullBlitz as it’s a welcomed perk indeed

Today never happened

Did some stores and brought my tub of FullBlitz with me bc I was gonna drink it while stretching out for this high rep leg day I had planned.

When I got to the gym the parking lot was literally filled to capacity. The gym probably had its share of people but it shares the parking lot with a regal theater and it’s a rainy day so I’m guessing dumbo blocked me from the gym. If it wasn’t raining I would’ve parked in the target lot but no interest in walking 10-15 minutes in the rain. So did another store and came home.

So glad I didn’t take the FullBlitz beforehand. Took 2 scoops of Vasoblitz when I got home though. As per usual it gives you a nice fullness without doing a darn thing. Love that.

Took 2 scoops Vasoblitz and went out to work. Should’ve been done around 430 but can you believe a freaking blizzard in Albion New York today. Took 2.5 hours to get home. Only in buffalo

But had a really nice work pump today. Stuffs prob the most consistent product each and every use I’ve had.

Sorry those pics weren’t showing. So I went back in and deleted them from the post. I’ll try to readd them later on

Quick update bc I’m so exhausted it’s not even funny.

Yesterday was all work no play. Vasoblitz 2 scoops and it did it’s wirk pump thing like always. Veins out at times that I noticed and that while body muscle fullness feel.

Today I woke up early af and only got about 4 hours sleep last night. Anyhow did some work then around 2 I was so tired and traffic was like 8 minute make a right hand turn where I was so I just said he’ll wit it and went home. Plan was to just go to bed but haven’t lifted since Friday so I figured I’d get a good lift in. Never even ate preworkout meal. Just the oats from breakfast in my belly.

FullBlitz in 20 oz on the way to gym 330. The energy hit first today in like 10’or so minutes, so I’m thinking that ones level of exhaustion plays a role somehow to the time to energy ratio. But once I started lifting I was wide awake and like I never was tired at all. Focus chimed in right around that 15-20 mark like normal.

Did a couple curtsy squats with the bar after stretching was done.

Followed up with close stance squats 3x10. 135,155,185

We have 3 different types of leg press machines here.

Squat press 3x20. 2,3,4 plates per side

Traditional leg press. High and wide foot position 4x15. 3,4,5,4 plates. Super set with calves used same everything

Single leg press. 5x12. 3@2 plates per side, 2@1 per side

Thighs were sore af so I hit calves to give a break. Standing Machine with exaggerated reps pause at top and slow negative. 5x10. 110 lbs

Finished hams off with prone leg curl and used a scheme bob showed me first time we got a lift in together. Explosive upward rep then a 7-10 second negative. 5x12. 80 lbs. the negatives are the ultimate hamstring destroyer for me.

6x10. 10 sec rest leg extension 100 lbs. kept toes out to hit outer quad emphasis

Gonna try to squeeze an upper day in tomorrow. Got a few more semi close stores to do so hopefully I can finish those off the next two days and get a couple more lifts in this week before the brutal outskirts days hit.

Gonna lay around maybe catch a few hours sleep while parents are still up then get up to take Toby out in the evening

Should show now. Let me know if you can’t see them.

I was so damn beat when I woke up this morning I caved and had a scoop of fuel for my morning ride. Just saying for full disclosure purposes.

It was weird I was as tired, if not moreso after work today and was deciding whether or not to even bother hit the gym tonight but when I got home my buildfastformula order was sitting on my porch so that made the decision for me.

All I had all day was a bowl of oats and a shake at 730 and that scoop of fuel which was gone by 8am.

What I’ve learned is that when you’re tired the energy definitely kicks in quicker. And on a virtually empty stomach it kicks even faster. I swear I got energized in like 7 minutes after drinking the 2 scoops grape bubblegum FullBlitz In 20 oz of water. Focus was as sharp as ever too and kicked in around that 15 mark which seems like that’ll be the case for me personally as it’s been around that 15-20 mark each and every time so far.

Mixed perfectly and taste is awesome. Immediately upon opening I got the smell of the grape and I had a good feeling about it already. Is an amazing grape flavor with a bubble gum feel to the taste kinda like a grape koolaid hubba bubba merger. Aftertaste is out of this world too just like with rainbow candy FullBlitz. I don’t get as strong an after taste with Vasoblitz as I have with FullBlitz. The caffeine prob plays a role in that but that’s just me guessing.

Workout

Gym was way way overcrowded and I got lucky to get a bench so I did basically the entire workout from that space.

Db Incline 3x20. 45

Db Incline Fly 3x20. 20
I hold the extended position for a second or so for each rep and come back in a slower tempo. Then at the final rep I hold the down position(which I do for all the presses as well) for about 15 seconds.

Staggered super set 3x20. 20 lbs
Side Lateral Raises
Db front Raises

Single arm neutral grip flat bench 4x15. 35 lbs

This is one of my favorite flat bench exercises. When one arm reaches the top the other comes down and vice versa

High incline shoulder press 5x12 45 lbs

1 arm side Lateral Raises 6x10. 3@35,3@30

Flat fly 3x10 30,25,25

Reverse(chest style) on dip machine 3x10. 205

Despite having experience with this now for 6 or 7 sessions I really didn’t expect much because my normal water intake was down about 64 oz during the day today but despite that I really feel like this was one of the best chest pumps I’ve ever experienced. Every fiber was as full as it could possibly be, a good uncomfortable. Some of that’s attributable to the super high reps with a shortened rest scheme. Entire workout was 65 minutes, but that aside the pumps were incredibly deep and almost immediate. Noticeable swelling occurred after that first set of incline work.

Vein game was a bit down from where it’s been which prob had more to do with not getting my normal allotment of water before hand. But even so arm and shoulder veins came out to say hello.

But you know you have a crazy pump going when a complete stranger comes up and asks you what pre you use because the pumps are nuts. I told him and gave him the website info a well. Who knows if he’ll go there. Never saw him before but it’s always nice to have complete strangers come up to you.

My rankings for the flavors I’ve tried
Grape bubblegum
Watermelon
Blue raspberry
Rainbow candy

All are are good though in my opinion

Gym was too crowded to take gym photos but got a couple where I could in the locker room

I think the quality of pumps are fairly evident in these photos.

Have a few more stores in the closer regions to knock off so I’m hopeful I’ll get back traps and rear delts tomorrow and arms on Friday but doesn’t look like I’ll get in at all over the weekend maybe even Monday as I’ll be doing the outskirt stuff and to mitigate gas expense I put in even longer days to try and get it all completed in the shortest time possible.

Will do the 1 and 1 method hopefully tomorrow and Friday unless I’m completely exhausted like I’ve been past couple days, in that case I’ll need the 2 scoops, but one of these two days will be a short day so should be able to use that method 1 time at least over the next couple days. Then lll do that method next week and compare after trying it a few times as well. I’ll do the grape in 16 then 12 and compare flavoring for that flavor as well

Personally would of called it a rest day, get some sleep, and get some food in you.
You don't pack meals with you on a daily basis?
I am a big advocate of listening to your body. missing a session here or there ain't going to hurt you since you have no competition plans and we do this for a hobby

I really should pack meals but I don’t bc in the back of my mind I’m thinking I can just swing home and grab something and don’t want to spend the money on fast food. When I do the outskirt stuff and out in 13-14 hour days I pack a couple meals and take breaks. Yeah I do the listening thing too most of the time but didn’t want to miss like 6-7 days in a row. Just a mental thing really bc even that long wouldn’t make a difference in the grand scheme of things. But I feel like I’ve got some quality work in and a lot of times I’ve noticed some of my best sessions are the ones you don’t really feel like going.

Then start breaking your bad habits, pack your food, and it will save you money
Done deal
You solved your own problem.

and missing one workout doesnt = 6-7 workouts. You will be fine. You won't lose your gains. you are just mentally stubborn and refuse to change. pretty common with people who have a major hobby to working out. There is a good balance that needs to be had.

You would be amazed at the progress when one lets loose a bit and if you miss a session here or there won't make a big difference in the grand scheme of things.

So where do I begin. I had a really rough day.

2 months ago my dog was diagnosed with cancer. The vet said based on the tests it was 75% likely but she couldn’t say if it was absolutely cancer not if it was slow or fast.

The past few weeks he was doing really great and we began thinking that perhaps it was something else bc he’s way better now then he was back then. So we brought him in early this morning for those additional tests, one was an ultrasound. The look on the vets face said it all. I started crying. Turns out he has cancer, it’s slow but he has it in his liver, pancreas and stomach. He also has dementia which does explain the staring at the wall thing he’s been doing for a while. She wanted to put him down then and there. None of us agreed to that bc he’s eating well, he still walks well, albeit with a compensation for his hip issues. But he still responds to us and looks to be in good spirits.

Idk. I don’t want him to suffer but as selfish as it sounds I am definitely not ready bc I really don’t think he is either, you should’ve seen him begging for food tonight, that’s been his thing since he was a pup 14.5 years ago. He still wants cuddles and normal dog stuff, hell he just stuck his nose up the cats butt this evening, so we’re gonna wait a bit, don’t know how long, but I guess we’ll know.

I went in thinking hope and got the opposite.

We got home about 9 am. I decided I’d go out and work but I did a store at the end of my street which was my easiest and was saving it for the end. Anyhow my mind wasn’t on work so I went home and went to bed. Woke up around 330 feeling refreshed physically and mentally but obviously emotionally I needed the distraction of a good lift. I really needed all that sleep and today was gonna be a shorter day anyhow so the day didn’t push me back much at all.

Took 1 scoop rainbow candy in an 8 oz glass that wasn’t filled completely so say 7-7.25 oz. flavor was in my preference diluted yet still got the flavor like In the 16 oz for 2 scoops. Did the same for the Vasoblitz and pretty much same thing as with a 16 oz glass for it too

The focus was there but nowhere’s near as laser locked as usual with the 2 scoops but it was fine, and never caught myself drifting in thought during the session, definitely kept me engaged.

Energy was there but I never really felt any sort of kicking in. It was just there, if that makes any sense. I have to say that this method worked fine. I felt no drop off in any category. Really the only difference was the noticeable kick in and the awareness of it there pretty much the entirety of a session. The enhanced focus of the 2 scoops will be missed but I’ll prob use this method more than the 2 scoops bc there isn’t really a drop off imo outside of what I mentioned and reserve the 2 scoops for legs or any day I just feel I need that extra push.

Of course the pumps were just as good as usual. In fact they were approaching the too pumped category for a bit today, late were pronouncedly engorged.

Pre workout I had a loaded ham and cheese sandwich with a shake.

Ham is very high in sodium

Sodium, water + Carbs = Pump

Thanks. I’ve gotten top notch pumps with the Vasoblitz formula fasted but indeed once you add in water and carbs that pump gets even more amplified. The salt just adds to that too.

Today I knew I only had 4 small stores to do to wrap up an area near me so I decided I’d sleep in. Woke up at 11 and felt awesome.

Got done around 330 and I was close to home so dosed 1 and 1 method with grape bubblegum today. Everything consistent with yesterday’s review with one exception. My preference is a more diluted flavoring in my powders and despite this preference I kinda liked this grape better at the just under 8 oz for 1 scoop. The grape tastes amazing with a stronger taste. Still diluted somewhat but I found the taste of the grape even more pronounced. I wasn’t planning on going back to 2 scoops 12 oz again but the 1 in just under 8 has me curious to how I’ll enjoy the 2 in 12oz. This is a rarity for me and truly surprised me as I was expecting a similar to the 2 in 20 I tried the other day. I’ll try the 2 in 12 on next leg day.

Any who. Everything I mentioned yesterday was consistent today. Along with crazy pumps there’s Enough energy, some focus and really not much of a drop off. Had some great vein work today as well.

Anyhow bc I chose to sleep in I got to the gym later than I like. Crowded of course so kinda programmed this workout on the fly based on what was free at the time.

Single arm push down 4x15. 10,15,10,10

Ab roller 3x10

Disappointed I couldn’t get any Db work in today but only thing open was 60s and up and don’t think I could even get a good single out with those. Oh well. Had a fun workout and despite it being super crowded I had enough focus to not even think of baking.

Finished off the testing of the 1 and 1 method today with shoulders.

Today I used grape in roughly 6 oz, slightly less then the just under 8 and the flavor is obviously the most pronounced it’s been. For someone not a fan of stronger tastes I really dig this grape, even in a small serving of water. After I take these next 3 days off to finish up my current workload I’m definitely going to try grape in 12 oz for 2 scoops and see if I still like the stronger taste with this flavor. I’m a big fan of the watermelon Vasoblitz but while drinkable the 6 oz serving was a bit strong still but the 8 was fine and the 2 in 20/16 are fine so I figured out what I like best with that. Idk what it is with the grape but water has not affected me, in fact the sharpness is welcomed-really strange for me.

Recovery is impeccable. Outside of a little forearm tightness I’ve had virtually no doms and like I mentioned before it’s rare lately not getting it after legs and this has been tested for low as well as high rep ranges. The intra set recovery is on point as well, which I’ve mentioned before but this nonlev doms is definitely something I can get used to.

Today’s session was pretty fast bc I had to pick up my nieces for a sleepover. Btw going into Paula’s for donuts for them and knowing I can’t touch them myself was probably way harder than it should have been lol

Strict over head press warm ups 45,65 bit at 8 reps. Working 5x5 95x2,115x3 but last set I push pressed final 2 reps

Clean and press. 3x5 125,135,135

Barbell upright row. 4x15. 95 lbs. hand positioning close together, slightly inside shoulder width, wide grip, close grip

Tri set 5x10. 10 pound plates
Side Lateral with slight pause at extension
Rear fly
Front raise. Overhand, underhand, neutral, overhand, underhand

Smith 1 arm shrug 3x10. 135

Smith shrug 2x10 185,225.

Workout was 55 minutes. Again I’m able to keep rest periods pretty low using this. 30-45 range. About 60-75 for the cleans.

Trying to think of anything I haven’t covered so far but as you can tell I have nothing but good things to say about bffs products. They work for me every single time. The energy it provides is excellent even at the 1 scoop range for me. 2 has a nice kick in and you’re aware the whole time. 1 is subtle and it’s just there.. focus is pretty fun at the 2 scoop dosage but adequate at the 1 scoop.

I almost never get ba tingles from any ba included product and no difference here but I have no doubt that it’s in there and that it’s doing it’s job based on the pumps and the excellent recovery.

Super consistent as I’ve mentioned many times.

I know that prob sounded like a final review but it’s not, just thinking as I type.

Definitely want to try the grape 2 scoops in 12 oz water and arms on a low rep day for compounds.

As I mentioned next 3 days are off gym days. I’ll check back in for comments or if I experience anything new from Vasoblitz dosing over these days. Then be back for a leg day. Might try the 1 and 1 for legs just for more data but like I’ve mentioned I’ll most likely always double scoop leg day going forward.

Felt good to get back in the gym after 4 days off.

Took 1 scoop grape bubblegum 1 scoop rainbow candy Vasoblitz in 6 oz water each. 6-8 is a consistent water amount I’m good with for ez scoop of the grape and for some reason the Vasoblitz version of rainbows candy isn’t as strong in taste to me.

Yesterday I took 2 scoops of it in 12 oz of water and it’s definitely imo not as overpoweringly strong like I tasted with the FullBlitz version at that water amount.

Only thing I can think of is either my taste buds that day were sensitive or the additional ingredients in the FullBlitz heightened the flavoring strength.

Hit legs today.

Bottom start squat 2x12. 135

Close stance squat 4x6 135,155,165,185

Full squat 5x6. 205,225,245,235,225

Box squat 4x8. 225,245,265,265

Barbell Calf Raises 4x15. 225

Sumo 5x6. 135,225,275,275,225

I overdid it with the squat work.

But here’s my impression of the 1 and 1 for leg day.

It’s the same as it’s been for the other days with enough energy and definitely less focus but doable.

The only difference is that I hit a wall which hadn’t happened before today. I almost always can do my final 3 sets of sumo at 300-315 but that first 275 I knew I wasn’t pulling 3 plates today in fact after the second 275 I had virtually nothing left so dropped to 2 plates. The plan was to do rdl and prone curls and seated calves but I called it a day. That all may have been possible bc box squat and close stance squats weren’t on the program I built-I had extension listed as my additional quad work.

This could be bc of the 1 scoop FullBlitz or just that I used all my energy in the heavy squats. Energy and focus even at half dose were fine up until the sumo.

Not a big concern for me as I had always intended to do 2 scoops for leg day going forward but wanted to test this out at 1 and 1.

Pump was it’s usually blitzing self

Only other things to mention:

Ate like a pug today. 2 taco pizza slices for lunch and 1 cup cheesy potato and creamy spinach chicken bake for dinner. 3700 calories without sugar. That’s a lot without sugar for me.

I forgot to mention it that first day of FullBlitz bc tbh I wrote it off as my Ibs acting up. But I had bm that day than normal but then day two on no issues. After 4 days no FullBlitz I had it again today. I pretty much can say it’s either the y even at a half dose or it’s just coincidence that the ibs flare up happened on basically a first day of FullBlitz again.

It regulated quickly last time so I’m not worried at all. I never thought to equate the y to this before bc like I said I’ve had “issues” my whole life. Just thought I’d mention it bc it made sense to me based on day 1 and then again after 4 days off.

If anyone’s interested I’d jump into bobs deal. Just picked up a second tub of grape, a tub of the lemon drop Vasoblitz and a 64oz jug for 55$. So I’m all set on pre workouts for a while now. Not sure how long this sale will be going but I’d jump in now if you were thinking about it. Two weeks ago it cost me 65$ for the two tubs and a 7 day trial Vasoblitz so while you’re not getting the sample bottle you’re saving 10$ and getting the jug.

When it comes in I’ll drop a flavor review of the lemon drop as well.

Gonna finish this week off then I have another 3-4 days project out of town.

Anything bff wants tested 2 scoops again, more 1 and 1 water oz etc let me know. I have low rep chest, low rep back, variable arms and depending on if I start on Monday or Tuesday I’ll finish with a variable shoulder traps. But if different rep ranges are desired let me know and I’ll make the needed changes.

Thought I took a couple squat vids but apparently I didn’t hit the button hard enough on the one and the other was a photo of my hand.

No post pics either bc locker room was swarming at that time
