First things first I’d like to thank The Solution and BUILDFASTFORM for this review/logging opportunity.

Bear with me I’m having a ton of difficulty loading multiple photos. After the first photo the app is not giving me the option of adding additional ones. I went to the website and every picture is getting declined bc of size issues. So going to try and figure this out bc I have a ton of pictures to upload.

Mixed perfectly. Only one swish of the spoon was needed.

Flavor was not exactly what I was thinking. I like a less potent flavor. This had its moments but was too strong/medicinal tasting in 12 oz of water. It wasn’t awful, don’t get me wrong, just a bit too strong for my preference. I typically use a 20oz glass for my pre workouts for this very reason.

I will say though that my God the aftertaste is awesome. Very fruity and enjoyable.

You are the first person to say 12oz is too strong, as 8-10oz is suggested for 2 scoops of Fullblitz.
Add more water if you think its too strong, but that is the first person who has cited that. Always different feedback, so its about finding the sweet spot for powder/water ratio.

I used to be someone who needed stims, the stronger the better. Then, can’t remember the exact date, I ran the Vasoblitz log and did a 2 month stim break. After that I’ve noticed that my preferred pre workouts were stims in the 150-200 range for normal training days and around 300-400 on leg days. Ever since the break the stims hit me harder and in fact I’ve half scooped a lot of pres since then.

So my preference went from as much stims as humanly possible to desiring the other ingredients in a pre, like pump, recovery and focus enhancing with just a boost of energy.

The first thing I noticed was the impeccable focus and mood enhancement. I was just getting to the gym at this point which was about 15 minutes after drinking. A blast of energy kicked in perfectly timed fashion just as i completed my warm up sets, which today was around 25 minutes. This is great information for me because on leg days I typically roll/stretch for about 20 minutes before hitting my warm up sets. Due to being late in the day I scrapped the stretching and did a couple extra light weight squats than is typically performed.

Once the energy came in, it came in very strong. It wasn’t so strong that it prevented me from lifting or feeling nauseous or overwhelmed as can be the case with high levels of stims. But it had an amazing synergy with the focus and mood and really went hand in hand together for the entire session.

I was definitely in the proverbial zone the entire 90 minute session and the lifts felt incredible. So much fun today.

As for the workout:
Squats 7x6. 5 between 225 and 245

Sumo dL 7x6. 5 between 285 and 315

Barbell Calf Raises 4x10 225

Roman Deadlifts 5x10 135-185

Leg extension single leg 40 lbs x30 reps each leg in a 2-2,4-4,6-6,8-8,10-10 pattern

Nothing crazy with any of the lifts except the volume above 225 was the highest I’ve done in a session in a long time. And the 245 was the highest I’ve hit with my focus on depth and was very happy with my depth today for 4 of the reps at 245 and the other two were acceptable just not as deep as the first four

Here’s an example of the depthInvalid Link Removed

I typically don’t get incredibly strong pumps on leg days. The last time I truly had painful leg pumps was back when I used Vasoblitz for the first time. Today’s pumps were not to that painful level but I was using lower rep schemes and I get better pumps off higher rep ranges but for a 6 rep range it was definitely noticeable to me.

I trained fed today as I usually do. Today’s preworkout meal was a cup
Of peas, 2 potato patties and 4 popcorn shrimp leftover from last night. I ate this roughly 2 hours before lifting.

I am extremely consistent with h2o intake. 2 gallons on training days, 1 gallon on off days. The extra gallon is taken before to after the session. This will be consistent throughout every day, I haven’t varied in years on this.

Typically I take intra workout carbs along with aminos. Today I just went with aminos so I could get a good test without the carb source offering additional energy

The energy lasted well after the 90 minutes. And not a huge crash but feeling a bit tired now almost 7 hours post intake which really should be expected after a great session.

I’m going to have to pick up another bottle of Vasoblitz though bc the strength of the 2 scoop FullBlitz is perfect for me on leg days but just off a gut feel, I think the 1 scoop of each method will be best for other days. But I’ll test it out each way going forward.

Another thing I’d like to add, which is never talked about, yet I feel is such an enormous benefit of a quality preworkout and I definitely experienced this today.

This is how lifting is supposed to be hard work, yet also enjoyable. With every person having their own unique stressors in their lives, lifting is a reprieve from that stress and a quality pre will help you get into a zone, keep that focus high and let you forget about your problems while you’re doing something you truly enjoy doing. I know I share a ton about my life, that’s who I am, but I have a lot of stuff going on I won’t bore ppl with. But one thing that’s really been weighing on me is my best friend Toby, my border collie, was recently diagnosed with cancer, and only has a few months left per the doctors and it’s really combined greatly to the other issues many of you know about from my previous logs. Well FullBlitz provided me with as fun of a session, one where I left everything outside those gym walls and just had a day of it and that’s something no one can truly put an appropriate price on. So for that I want to say that for it to work for me in my current state like that, it’s going to work remarkably for others. Just wanted to add that bc to me, this is an important element of breaking a review of a pre workout down.

I have pre and post workout pictures I’m gonna load up later and they seem to be loading on the website so should be all In one post. So gonna take a little break from the phone and do that in a bit

Bob, if I forgot to include any of your hot points let me know and I’ll reply in kind.

Yeah I totally agree. I’m almost always needing more water in my pres so that’s one of those individualistic things and ppl should understand that and know themselves how they prefer their dilution

Some pump pics:

This first one was taken right after the session was over with. I used a filter and dropped the brightness which allows you to see beneath. You can clearly see where the blood was pooling. It looks disgusting but it definitely shows the massive amounts of blood flow distributed to the quads. Perhaps a similar result would’ve occurred just from the damage and breakdown the lifts themselves provided but I’ve done this in the past and while they’re was visible pooling it certainly wasn’t anywhere nearly as dramatic as this

This photo shows vasodilation in the arms. First my veins haven’t been showing that great lately. Second this was taken in leg day and arm vasodilation in leg day is kinda a pretty cool thing

4 hours post lift pics where the pump is still very prevalent.
