50mg oral - you sure only 50? Chicks have to take 150+ I’ve read. My gf took 50/day with 5mg var and basically noticed she was a tad leaner than just taking 5mg var.
Could have been 250 a day then maybe they were 50mg caps but I was taking 5 a day. It was also my first cycle.

hairygrandpa you need to focus on stacking things like high doses of superdrol, methyltren, m1t, abombs for months at a time. That’s the way to longevity.

Yeah it was, and I also did not pay for it. Was given to me as payment for someone I was training at the time.

Yeah I remember, it was about a year later that T-Nation came out with the OG Mag-10 and I ran that which was either Superdrol ot M1T, I can't remember which one now. Intense stuff and everyone seemed to gain 20lbs on it.

Well ****, Probuildsupplements.co.uk denied my return of 2x bottles of Advanced Pharma M1T... Looks like I'll be logging those on the forum, shoot was trying to return for 2x bottles of YK-11. I've run DMZ and Superdrol and M1AD before, was trying to limit 17a methyl orals...

I here YK-11 is not as liver toxic despite it's methyl groups... And LGD, I know I gain almost like DMZ, but less risk.

Oh well, despite ordering July 16, today being Aug 16th they say I'm past 30 day window, lame... Anyone wanna trade?

No M1T for me, I want to feel good. It is legit stuff but not for those who get a lot of sides. Me I tend to be a side magnet.
 
M1T is crazy strength and lots of sides for me. But I think the strength is the greatest I’ve ever experienced on anything. It is a powerful peaking tool.

I always say that Cake and Broccoli prove that either there is no God or if there is, he wasn't very smart. He should have made broccoli taste like cake and we would be all set!

I second this, but I also know that hairygrandpa likes to play with lighting and hand placement on his photos :) He probably dimmed the lights and made them brighter 10 times just to get that right look :)

Considering that I was scheduled for surgery on both of my knees a year ago (didn't do it, because doctors suck), I'm proud.

Na you have me on strength across other lifts bro, my build isn’t ideal but does work for deads (long arms), my bench sucks and squat is average. But I’m always looking to improve and catch you guys up, it’s very motivating to see stuff like that (fugged up knees and pulling 505 etc).

There will only be one HG but the rest of us can try to get close

That's because your threads are so friggin' active I missed it!!! And also, I am kind of holding onto the deadlift as being the one exercise I have you in...but it looks like that's over.

I've been working on doing deadlifts in the 10-15 rep range lately, and I've gotten 375 for 12 at this point. I am fighting it, but I'm thinking I need to lay off for a while; I'm having a nagging problem and I am not sure if it is a pulled muscle or maybe a hernia. I'm getting old and falling apart!

Still a strong curl !!

I would try it if they had those when I go to PF across the street. Maybe when I hit one of the other gyms I will have to try it out.

I almost always curl back against a wall, IF I curl at all, never free standing.
Spider curls (and against wall) exclude shoulder involvement (remember, I had a bad shoulder). Over time I got relatively strong at doing them.
So if you don't hit my numbers, don't get depressed, it's because I'm used to it.
 
I did a gym challenge yesterday...just like to break the records. I did seated preacher curls with 160 for 8. The record was 110 for 8. Got a nose bleed on the last rep.
 
Arms are my weakest. Too damn tall. Still 23 inches ain't bad. Wonder what they will be after the cut?
Arms are my weakest too. Probably because I don't focus on them as much as my back or chest. Usually just get some bicep work in from different position pull ups and rows. Tris from close grip bench and an occasional weighted dip or behind the head tricep press.. 23 in arms are thick tho. Biggest I had was 17.5 at 193 pounds.
