Thanks, finally getting stronger on those. Goal is 50+ with body weight, just like MrKleen73 , already matching him with pull ups. Reasoning is, when I match all his numbers, I'll look like him, right? :) Hehehe!

I think it was me trying to catch up to you on the pull ups. Now I have to do was it 3 with 90 that you did last time? You'll get that 50 I have no doubt.

These hurt my shoulders just thinking about them !!

With what is going on with my shoulder right now I can only pop out about 35 before my shoulder start telling me it is time to stop. Hoping to get the inflammation back down in the labrum so I can regain the stability needed for good dips.

That is about the max I can do, when its the first exercise. The time you need to heal gives me the opportunity to close in on you. Take your time! ;)

With you being on another blast you should BLAST right by me!

You are both so far ahead of me on dips (and pull ups), if it was the first exercise I honestly would be lucky to go past 15. Normally manage sets of 8-10 as accessory work......
