I just finished all my supps except fat burners, preworkout and protein. I have run multiple logs before. Happy to provide before and after pics (im currently in pre comp prep). Only issue I have is that 1, I live in Australia (it may be expensive for you to post here) 2, I do not traditional deadlift with my current program (i do straight leg), 3, I am also not ever aiming for 10 reps and wont be until after my comp. At the moment I'm performing lactic acid based training with giant sets. Chest day would look like: Superset Bench press - 6 reps (4010 tempo) Incline DB press - 6 reps (4010 tempo) incline DB Flys - 12 reps (4010 tempo) Seated incline clean and press - 20 reps (20xo tempo) Volume also differs week 1: 2 giant sets Week 2: 3 giant sets Week 3: 4 Giant sets Week 4: 2 giant sets (weight up) If i am feeling strong i will put the weight up on different weeks but the aim is to never drop below what i started on in week 1. If i got stronger while taking your supplement I would put up the weight as i felt i could. If your happy with this style of training I would be happy to be apart of it. But, if for some reason I got crazy side effects I would stop.
