Im not gonna spill the beans but one will be a very new application of something old. Its gonna dominate anything thats come before it. Like.....make it obsolete.
Also a pre workout. Its going to be different for sure.
Most likely we wont have any of the common ingredients. If you want beta alanine or creatine you can buy it in bulk from several online sources.
In fact....anything common you use alot...just buy it in bulk. There are several sites that sell 100-25000g
Of just about anything. Doesnt need a label.
Just buy a 10$ scale and make your own creatine. Agmatine. Citrulline. Betaine....etc. cheap as hell.
Question: not sure if its been converted but scientifically what's myostatins role in fat loss? I know inhibition leads to better muscle growth (hence why Folli is great to bulk on and why some are making gains in a deficit or maintenance)
I ask because I'm now in a 700 kcal deficit and nearing that last but of stubborn body fat in the lower abs. Trying to get to 6-7% so debating tossing maybe 1 cap in pre cardio or pre workout then 2 caps when reverse diet and long term bulk begins. But I don't want to waste Folli of I'll be cutting for another 2-4 weeks.
If its in a thread somewhere someone just point me in the direction and I'll kook but there's like 4 15+ page threads now lol.

Well I figured fuggit its a refeed day anyway. I did a "mock meet" full body workout. At 148 lbs I got 325 squat, a PR, a 405 Deadlift and a 280 bench, also a PR. 1,000 lb club! Finally. A full year training for it and I got it while dieting. Very happy for myself

Yeah, this product speaks for itself. The passion is interesting to read, but I hate when it gets into negative discussions. Try it and you almost certainly will be really impressed- or don't try it and move on.

There's nothing about his physique, training, or irrational rants that lead me to believe that his experience with any supplement would in any way correlate with mine. I doubt very few people in this thread care if Follidrone works for him or not. I think what people may have issue with is his declaration that anyone that gains strength or weight from Follidrone is either experiencing a placebo effect or outright lying.I have a few bottles of Epi products on there way; I will be doing a review if not logging, with a very structured diet (maintenance) and a training plan I will not alter prior or during my run.
I don't get why people are hating on skeptics. This is what ive taken from these threads:
-Users report effects from 1st day, noone questions
-Danes says he is experiencing nothing after 3 days, people flame he hasnt given it long enough
So why are positive reviews after one day welcomed, but negative after 3 flamed

I would also suggest that based on what I can glean from his pics and comments on his training, he's not getting much benefit from either the phosphatidic acid or bulbine that he speaks so highly of.

Yeah, I can definitely see how it might irk someone to hear that because their results with a supplement differed from the results experienced from a seeming couch potato, that said results must be a placebo effect or an outright lie. Edit: this will soon turn into a ****ing match; it just irks me when people have the audasity to dismiss someones hardwork or downright insult them over a difference of opinion. Brundel can handle the callout/ critics (which he handles well).
