BigTex Bulking Cycle/Nutrition/Training!! NO SECRETS!!

Ok guys here we go hope you all enjoy this. Sorry its taken so long to get this start up, as a few of you know I have a son on the way and thats been taking a lot of time.. (honey-to-do-list SUCK)!!

So Im justing going to jump right into it!!

GEAR: Not the most important part but its what all you meat heads want to hear about the most... and this is the anabolic thread!

Testosterone Enanthate - 400mg once per week
Tesosterone Propionate - 100mg 3x per week
(I will be adding in EQ and dropping the the Test P in the next few weeks)
Dboll - 25mg with Meal 1 and with Meal 6 for six weeks
HGH - 4IU's after work out!
Nolvadex - add 20mg if I aromatize
Also I will throw in HCG around 5 weeks
Havent decided 100% how long im going to run this but Im thinking around 16weeks

NUTRITION: this is most important!

Nutrition Program -
Meal 1 - 8 whole eggs, 1.5 cups oatmeal (measured dry)
Meal 2 - 8oz of red meat or Buffalo or turkey(usually ground turkey, I dont eat processed meats), 2tbsp natural pb
Meal 3 - 8oz chicken, 1.5 cups rice or wheat pasta or 10oz potato, 1 cup greens
Meal 4 - 2 scoops Myofusion or Dynamtiz, 1tbsp pb
Meal 5 - 8oz chicken, turkey, or white fish, 1 cup rice or 6oz potato, small salad with light dressing
Meal 6 - 6 whole eggs or venison(Im a big hunter and we process all our own meet)
Meal 7(if I am feeling up to it)- 1 scoop of casein

30 minutes pre-workout - 2 scoops EVP
Post-workout - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 scoops GlycoJect

1 gallon of water a day!

One clean and one dirty cheat per week


Supplements: gotta have em'

Multivitamin - Animal Pak Take with Meal 1 and Meal 6.
EFA's - Smart Blend Take 3 capsules with Meal 1, Meal 3, and Meal 6.
Sleep Aid - Take 2 capsules thirty minutes before bed.

CARDIO: Hate it but I dont want to put on much fat!

30 minutes of step-mill, eliptical, and/or treadmill upon waking or after training five times per week

TRAINING: Ill update hopefully daily w/works and what weight I lift!

I'm in for this man, really good looking cycle Just wondering how do you prepare your eggs? I eat whole eggs sometimes but I usually eat them hard boiled and I can barely choke down 3 or 4 like that. Do you just fry them all or what?

Didnt have time to log everything, I took a extra long lunch break to go to the gym!

Looking like a tank. Shoulders and back are impressive as hell.

Thanks bud! My shoulders are definitely my most dominate muscle group!
I need my chest and arms to come up a lot!
I can grow legs pretty easily and I've been killing calves three times a week along with traps after cardio in the morning.

Here's my legs after work out earlier this week.
I'm uploaded all these photos so I can keep a log of dates basically.

Awe I love this thread!!!! Killer cycle and killer diet!!!! Damn can't wait to bulk with lots of meat lol also I have found a fellow picture whore like myself :)

Yeah I'm picture whore for sure!!! But what is progress if you can't document it anyways... Numbers are just numbers! What really matters is what you see looking back at you in the mirror. Lol

So ****ing true!!! And every new vein or muscle popping out you need to take a pic! Lol I'm so the same way...we work out for this **** so why not capture it before we get old and wrinkly

206lbs today. I was 185 at my show 3 weeks ago. For you guys that didn't see here is a photo from the show.

I'm taking today off from training. I saw my sports medicine doctor today. He gave me a full adjustment and hooked me up to the shock machine thing lol and also put a cold laser on my shoulders.

Starting training "seriously" in June. And I just had 2 shows in the past 2 months.

I usually stay hidden in the Anabolics section but I'm definitely subbing in for this one. Looking great man can't wait to see how far you can progress!

6am cardio- 30 min on elliptical changed the levels of incline every 6 min.

Then finished up with calves for a total of 500 reps!

Alright boys...

Meals so far today!
Before I did my cardio this morning I had a whole grain bagel with fat free cream cheese- ****s amazing!!

After cardio- 720am
4 whole eggs 5 egg whites
1 cup of oats

10am- large... **** I mean super large.. Spinach salad w/ walnuts, cashews, 1 avocado, 1/2cup of grapes, small slices of tomato with fat free raspberry vinaigrette. Plus 1 serving of Karbolyn


12:30- 8oz of chicken
2 cups of of brown rice
1/2 a sweet potato
3oz of ground beef

Then I went to the gym 45 later!
Killed chest!!!
4 sets of incline... Then drop set!
4 sets of incline flys... Then drop set!
5 sets of incline machine lateral grip... Then drop set!
4 sets of free motion chest press(not the machine)... Then drop set!
4 sets of 20reps on peck deck!
4 sets of upper chest flys... Standing on the cable machine.

Post work out 1 1/2 servings of hydro whey
1/2 serving of Karbolyn
5 fig newtons

Haha deal! I'm sure you mean triceps tho cuz my bis have a hard time growing like my delts!
Question tho!!! If I pin my delts and bis does that give more chance for those to grow or is it just pin any muscle and same results?

Well I have some friends that will believe in spot injections until the day they die... Others say it doesn't do ****... But I'll tell you this.
For the first while I did AAS I only shot in my ass. My ass hasn't grown ever. But now all I shoot is my delts and triceps and they are huge!
I honestly think you get more growth in the spot you inject because that's were the steroid is first entering the body/muscle.

I've only injected igf in mine and that **** hurt!
I would also separate 1/2 cc to each one.

Ha the dudes that pin calfs, lats and traps are hard asses in my book lol I couldn't do bi's either I don't think
