My run on AnaBeta concluded not too long ago, but I still have much left to say about the product. So stay tuned!!! I still owe PES a report on a couple of my workouts, as well as a final review of the product (which I loved). Invalid Link Removed. The attached photo is of my remaining AB stash, which I plan to add even more to very soon.

My log was just of AB. I reverted to my staple supplements to really assess the efficacy of the product. I dosed 4/day at a 1/1/1/1 dosing, then decided to dose 5/day at 2/1/1/1. I really enjoyed the increased dose and noticed a world of difference!

My goals for the log were basically to get all of my weight and strength back. Before I left college, prior to the log, I was heavier and stronger. Once I was home for about 1.5 months, I lost a lot of weight and strength, but mind you I didn't lose muscle mass by any means, so I was much leaner. On AnaBeta I ended up returning to my original weight and maintained the newfound low bf%, all while gaining back my strength and then some. So it was a huge step forward. Check out the log for my details.

I am glad you are hear Matt. In almost every thread I post in I get a plethora of English stereotypes thrown at me by Milas and Schizm. It borderlines on racism!

Racism? Would it make you feel a lil better to know that I have a German/Irish heritage, my mom was a huge Princess Diana fan & I enjoy watching some Mr. Bean from time to time? I mean, we're practically brothers! ....Now, let's bro-hug it out... :)

You mean your heritage comes from two countries I am not associated with in any way shape or form and your Mum was a fan of the Princess of Wales? I will let you off from this tenuous link if you watch one full episode of Milas' favourite programme, Coronation Street.

German and Irish her too Schiz. Race itself is purely a sociological construct and really is not based on nationality at all. Not that it matters, but huge Dr. WHo fan, going back to the Tom Baker days but I miss David Tenent :(

ummm, yep, I'm a 'mutt' like that... ;) and yes, she (like a lot of americans) were superfans of the Royal Wedding...she even collected the Franklin mint heirloom (china) dolls that were made at the time (back in the 80's) of both Charles & Diana....Coronation Street...have heard of it...will watch it, if Milas will spring for DirectTV for me...all I have are the 'bunny ears' ;)

Right on man! Never had the chance to get into Dr. Who....but along the same lines, was an avid Star Trek:TNG fan...
