Your obliques & serratus look sick in that picture frame!
He should rub some Sustain Alpha on there to feel the burnSomeone shaved today.
Legs are looking good, Snag.

Great looking physique Snag!
Wow man, you really cut up in the short week that I was gone. Very impressed. And I'm happy to say I am now caught up with your log.
I have some catching up to do in the food picture area...
Looking excellent bro...
Some pics after the workout, kids bathroom again (it's up here where my home office is at, so I don't gotta tread down them stairs to a different mirror, easy on the legs haha..
I hate taking pics of myself, they look silly. Digging the progress tho.I'll quit killing you guys with update pics for awhile..
I'm diggin' it too!.... and the snowflake !
Snag you are a multi-talented Master cutter
Man, Snag, that reminded me how much I MISS the seasons in the mid-West :sad:One of the wife's many talents.. she's all about decor for the season!
And I love the Master Chef smiley, that dude is cool! When's he ever gonna catch that chicken?![]()
Ah....we really do have something in common then. I tore my right calf just last year. Last January to be exact. Freak accident though. My foot slipped off the raised pad as I was doing some heavy cheat calf raises. Instant pain. Like someone took a hot knife and stuck it in there...and then twisted it!! :aargh: I also opted to NOT have surgery. Now it's strict movements only. Slow and controlled. :thumbsup:Thanks all 'round fellas. Yeah I'm fairly pleased with where things are at right now. Little imbalance going on, and it all stems from my torn right calf last summer. It was a severe tear, in fact I was told I should've probably had surgery to repair (guess I risked a blod clot or something within the muscle tissue), but I declined. First major injury of my life. So, I don't know if that will ever look quite right again..
But that's what got me into some bad form when I did come back, and my legs are slightly out of kilter still, so it's something to work on. Ahh, there's always something..
Day of rest tomorrow.. the Snag Storm takes a breather.Back in action Sunday!
Hey Snag what do you think about 1 serving Purple Wraath during workout, then another serving after the workout and 30 min. later having my meal?

I have some pslin on the way. i'm just not sure I will get enough carbs in to utilize it best. But it is worth having here just in case!
Sure, I like that. Start drinking the Wraath couple minutes before the workout..
I like that product immensely. I also like Xtend; Core ABC as well.. Just because I'm using some of the products that I use, doesn't necessarily mean this is what I prefer. There's some experimentation going on here.. as well as working with what products I can get thru my distribution channels at good prices; I don't have unlimited funds to work with, so this plays a part..
Make no mistake: I use a lot of ancillary products, but the core of my gameplan is the USP line, specifically AP & Pslin. These are the foundation of which everything else is built on. That's the beauty of the products imo -- despite working very, very well by themselves, they stack perfectly with just about everything in existence, and because they work on nutrient repartitioning/uptake levels, they just make everything else you take work better!!
It's higher up, but seems rounder and better looking than the left one if you ask me. :lol:Yeah that sux bro, didn't know that. You have any misshaping going on?

Man, my activity level on here is off the chain.. haven't had the things transpire yet that I thought would minimze my time playing online.. This is a soothing outlet tho, keeps me focused when I have downtime. The fact that I work from my home office doesn't hurt either!
Anyway.. just got an e-mail from promoter Dave Liberman, an invite to the NPC Natural Ohio on April 4th. This was the same show I competed in last April.. felt I left a little unfinished business on the table with my 3rd place showing out there. I think, had I not screwed up my intake at the end of prep/show day, I could've taken at least my weight class - altho the guy who won was in incredible shape, and was an IFPA pro. This part of show prep has always been my weak link, and I still need to figure that fine-tuning out..
This is very tempting to me, as I will be ready ahead of this timeframe, and would have the luxury of rolling into that show on the upswing, instead of trying to nail things down at the end as was the case last year.. hmmmmmmmmmmm..
Have to contemplate this one..
What would you do if you accepted? Bulk now and then start cutting 6-8 weeks beforehand? Or just run maintenence at say 5-6% and fine tune in March?
I wish I would get 3 months notice for a fight. I had an offer last week for a fight in New York at 160 to 169, but only 3 weeks to prepare. I could definitely lose 15 pounds pretty easily - but it made me cringe that I'd be sacrificing a lot of the progress that I've made over the past year.
I live in Ohio! If you do the show maybe I'll come cheer you on!
Sweet! I'm getting 'hungrier' by the minute for some competition!! 'Eye of the Tiger' baby! :head:
Wow no kidding, very cool. 3 weeks to prepare is pretty short notice - hear ya on your hesitancy to do the quick-cut. Sometimes it's tough to fit our bb'ing goals in with other things, I totally can relate bro!
I declined the offer. It's always been a dream of mine to win a fight at heavyweight (and in good condition) after fighting around 140 my whole life... So that's what I'm going to do.
I'll keep an eye on Shiloe for you, he is the Ohio guy to beat!
Wow, nice nice! Heavy is a tough division.. you must throw dem rocks pretty good!
Good log so far! Look swole too. Sub'd
I made your tuna dish with some onion, red peppers, mushrooms, and rice the other day. I have to say that was amazing!!!!! repsMeal #4.. my creativity is dwindling..![]()

That my friend is a lot of mustard... I love it.
My body is completely confusing me this week. I worked out really hard my last 4 days of vacation, but I ate a ton of carbs and even some candy over the past week - while keeping protein at the 200g / day level... Ended up losing 2 pounds or so... :wtf:
