Best Tasting Whey

Yep. Ill second that and mixes horrible, too. Was kinda shocked how bad it is with the hype around here. Great profile but terrible mixability and taste.

Lol, that's funny because I've had much more success with the mixability of OE Protein than I have had with Select (although, I still prefer Select formula and taste, over the OE Protein, but it really comes down to whichever is cheaper for the most part)

No you are right- select does not mix well at all either- it does however taste much better, is not chalky, and seems to sit better on stomach for whatever reason.

Bsn Syntha is a complex protein but have a perfect taste , like a pudding . I have tried to drink ON Whey and Nitro Tech but both makes me nauseous . Disgusting !!!

Agree. ON gold standard is disgusting. I don't understand why it is so popular.

Try MGN protein. Quality product and great taste!

Jk.

Where has MuscleGauge1 been, to pimp MGN protein and Anavar?

You mean Sand? lol Company cannot even provide a COA on their own product . Plus they have had several callouts on their product and label claims.

Didn't care for the cinnamon swirl but the cor-fetti is the best straight whey I've ever had

You wanna weigh in on this PN Pro Blend product for me?

Are there any true benefits to having egg white protein in a powder (I've seen it in other products as well) and I couldn't even tell you what hydrolyzed 520 whey is (what's with that 520, does it mean anything?).

Also, you should consider having PES make a blueberry muffin option for Select.

Hit me with the label.

Egg white protein is inferior because part of egg protein's bioavailability/biological value is reliant on cooking. Pasteurization does not wholly fulfill this process.

Hydrolyzed whey has repeatedly demonstrated inferiority for body composition (but is good for performance if you're an athlete). It was initially in select protein before the data came to our attention, and it was promptly replaced with leucine peptides.

Aaron got it, as per the cooking of egg protein, I was aware of that. Although, I wasn't sure if pasteurization would be enough (or if it is maybe heat treated when it's isolated and turned into a powder?).

What are the effects of hydrolyzed whey for performance enhancement? And what type of dosing elicits these effects? And what kind of negative effects will it have on body comp over the use of WPC? (or if there aren't any negative effects, how much more effective is WPC in that regard?)

So, would you say that this is more worthwhile for sports like football/basketball/soccer etc. but the difference would be negligible for strength sports such as Strongman/Powerlifting/Weightlifting...?

I guess I'm wondering if those performance benefits are helpful to these types of sports (specifically Strongman) or if WPC is still the way to go for those athletes?

They would probably be fairly worthless for strongman...think endurance sports. But if you want a hydrolysate, peptopro is a good choice

That's what I figured, I don't want a hydrolysate unless it'll have some type of positive benefits in my training/competition.

Which it sounds like it won't, thanks.

Didn't care for the cinnamon swirl but the cor-fetti is the best straight whey I've ever had

I've been baking it into pancakes, pumpkin pies, anything good with cinnamon, for thise purposes I love it. Honestly haven't even had a shake with it or with COR-fetti yet, uh oh I am taking after the Solution lol

COR-fetti does make amazing icings, and they even look pretty

Anything cinnamon-based tastes great typically in pancakes, waffles, anything along those lines.

Its better than OxyElite protein..that was complete garabage

I didnt really care for it personally. Was not a fan of the choc, the vanilla was ok. Very solid profile thou.

I really liked cupcake vanilla pronom. That was one of the last proteins I bought, but it was good IMO

Really enjoy Pronom and the cake batter vanilla. one of the better vanilla's i have ever had.

What do you guys think about syntrax nectar (whey isolate)... I just got 2 tubes and I love the flavor!, is the quality good?

Muscle feast's WPI chocolate flavor. I use less water than recommended to get more of a chocolaty taste. All natural without added filler and they use real coco in their protein powders. It is also micronized so it mixes super easily and they run great sells all the time.

Still paying $50+ for ON Whey people are?

Quality Flavors, bakes real well, and a little on the thinner side (due to being a wpi/wpc mix) People really enjoy it. A flavor for everyone with the variety
Cinnamon Swirl tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch

This. Cinn Swirl is my favourite cinnamon whey available.
All of them are quality, and well flavoured. The COR-fetti is another really good one

Add me to the list of voters for Muscle Feast.

Protean Brown Sugar Oatmeal cookie is amazing. Prosupps tcf isolate chocolate is actually pretty good for an isolate as well
