im new here and i am trying to gain as much mass and strength as possible.

goal: 165-170

McDonalds dollar menu load up and EAT EVERYTHING you need so much food! food eat it all day everyday and hit the weights hard get atleast 8hours of sleep a night to recover and grow!!! then later on down the road once your training and diet are on point then you can throw in a supplement if needed
yup that good ole mcdonalds...
better take up smoking while you're at it.
or pick one. they seem to be the same in comparing what they do to your health. to get the maximum out of your diet, eat clean. dirty diet equals dirty gains, which doesn't make sense at all. but still.
dont eat mcdonalds lol.
