best supplement for big gains

my diet is hard to expain its hard where im in school but ive hit the weights for two years. but i have quit lifting for about 6 months or more. i have nothing to get focused for i was 160 lbs last spring but lost it. is this muscle pharm brand any good.
 
i would agree with andre, but you gotta eat big to get big. get in plenty of protein which for your size would be around 200-250g/day.
 
what you need is a solid diet along with a good training regiment, consume as many calories per day as you can and keep working out, that should be your basis of your come back, once you have this dialed in look for help from supplements

if you haven't lifted in 6 months what will you expect a supplement do for you? you need to train hard!
 
Some great supplement companies: Safeway,Albertsons,Costco....you have to pound the food down bubba. When your diet is EASY to explain then you can start becoming acquainted with other additional aids. Might not be what you want to here but, how much simpler can it be...EAT!!

McDonalds dollar menu load up and EAT EVERYTHING you need so much food! food eat it all day everyday and hit the weights hard get atleast 8hours of sleep a night to recover and grow!!! then later on down the road once your training and diet are on point then you can throw in a supplement if needed

or pick one. they seem to be the same in comparing what they do to your health. to get the maximum out of your diet, eat clean. dirty diet equals dirty gains, which doesn't make sense at all. but still.
