Best Pump Ingredients

What are the best pump ingredients that actually have studies to back them?
Is there a non stim pre workout already out there that has these at the right dosages?

Most have studies to back them, whether in the murine model or in humans. Are you specifically meaning human backed?

High volume
Hemavo2 max
Others lol.

Nitrates
Citrulline
Etc.

Yeah human backed. I only want to spend money on the certain ingredients that are proven to work. I might buy in bulk if there's only 2 or 3 but if there's more I'm hoping there's a pre workout that has all the ingredients I need then I'll just buy that.

Maxreps
High volume
Hemavo2

Or in bulk:

Citrulline with or with out malate
Agmatine
Nitrates
Arachidonic acid

Be more, but it's late and im tired

Agmatine, citrulline, BA, grape seed extract and glycerol will get me pumped and ready to go. There's tons of pwo's mentioned above. I just didn't want to repeat what they said. I like high volume and mesomorph.
 
Nitrates like potassium nitrate have by far the most human backed science proving efficacy

The above are pretty good products. I have used High Volume based on Driven2lift advice and worked great. I will be starting
Nutraceutical Innovations MonoPump in 2 weeks. Feedback from testers has been extremely positive.

You have a great list and cant go wrong with any of these.

I'll echo this, was what i was going to post as well. I'm a big fan of High Volume as well as bulk ingredients. I always have agmatine and citrulline on hand, usually buy from SNS as i trust them, Primaforce is solid as well and i think SAN makes random bulk ingredients.
 
The best overall supp I have tried is Hemavo2 max og.

Individual Ingredients: Nitrates definitely (KNO3 or Nitratene).

I do like agmatine and citrulline ( both malate and ffa), as well as glycerol, but imo the most underrated supplement for a grainy looking pump is food grade vegetable glycerine. It is very cheap, sweet, and makes all kinds of veins, large and small, pop out of my arms, abs, and recently hams according to some guy at the gym ( Don't know how or why he was looking at my hams, but I was doing ham curls, so I guess it's possible that my shorts were a little high).

A combination of all of the previously mentioned ingredients works wonders.

Nitrates like potassium nitrate which can be found as a solo ingredient product, or in Hemavo2 Max for a little bit more but you will also get much much more in addition with it ingredient wise.

confusing you is not hard. I'm kidding. Two reasons Amigo.

8 grams CM 2;1 acutely increases strength stamina
6 grams of Citruline increases NO markers (there more than one obviously)..we padded it a bit with over 7 grams if you do the math....
 
I guess my confusion is why not just increase the Cit Malate dose enough to provide 8g of total Citrulline? It would end up costing USP less money, and still provide the same theoretical benefits

the benefits are not theoretical. its based off data.

No reason to increase the amount of malic acid in the product beyond the researched amount.
 
Had my first MaxReps workout yesterday and holy pump. Plus the taste and current price it is definitely worth a try. I'm looking to try the new Hemavo2 next.
 
Just here to parrot what has already been said. The best individual ingredients have already been listed and several products that are great have also been mentioned. My personal favorite of the bunch if Max Reps -- great workouts and wonderful flavor.
 
Nitrates and Carbs

Carbs #1 followed with Nitrates and lots of water

My favorite pump mixes would prob be Hemavo2, PES High Volume & VasKular - GMS will def swell you up with enough water but single ingredient for me with consistency is Nitrates but without the carbs and higher volume workouts forget it.
 
I've had nothing but spectacular workouts with MaxREPS. Even while working out fasted and not going particularly high-volume (no set over 12 reps), the pumps are SA-WEEET! The Watermelon Limeade flavor is possibly my favorite tasting supp right now, too!
