Best Post Workout!

Someone needs to come out with a new post workout drink, I don't think there is one complete post-workout supplement.

But the post workout combo I've been using is..
Creatine Nitrate- 2 caps
Protocol- 1-2 scoops
RPG bcaa- 3 scoops
Dextrose- 80g's
Taurine- 2g's
 
I like Genomyx's Protocol. I take it right after my workout and then take a whey and wazy maize (for carbs) shake 15 minutes later.
 
Good mentions here. I liked Anator p70 from muscletech, its discontinued, but you can find essentially the same thing in Dark Matter, Torent, Myozene, the new Size on. Its a basic creatine, high leucine, bcaa, hydolyzed whey, and high carb pwo drink. Its basic but works very well. Obviously you can make your own. Replace the hydrolyzed whey or add MAP for an even faster absorbing protein, ibcaa's, creapure, leucine, and some simple sugars. Heck throw in some glutamine for digestion and whatever else you feel like.

Progenex worked extremely well for me too, and its low carb.

I do this minus the carbs, works fantastic

Like how this thread is going! Maybe a dumb question but do creatine in post wo shakes make you gain weight?
