Best Nutrient Partitioning Supplement

I've heard of people taking NA-RALA before bed to lower blood glucose levels to increase GH release during sleep. Im going to change this and take my second dosage with my last meal instead of pre bed.

Although it can lead to better sleep, I personally think the GH release is minimal and will not impact you one way or the other. It is not a cost effective way to use it and can be used at better times.

When will it be a better time if doing keto? Before last meal even though there is no carbs ?

Are you incorporating any refeeds in your keto diet? That's the only time I'd recommend using a GDA with keto. Im currently doing a CKD diet with a carb up/refeed every Friday, and using a GDA for the refeed is helpful. They can also help you get back into ketosis quicker after a carb up or refeed

So yesterday was my first time trying this with a cheat meal..and WOW.
SlinIntensity + Agmatine + Na-R-Ala + Diffuse = AMAZING

First time in a long time, I eat a heavy carb meal + desserts and don't feel like **** and bloated.

Even today, I feel so much energy..usually when I did refeed, or cheat meals..I felt tired..and next day all bloated..Today I feel like I didn't cheat ..DAMN IT FEELS GOOD!

Before using recompadrol and defuse, i found the next day after a refeed / cheat day i would never be bloated and always look better, it is just 2-3 days after that i tend to look worse. e.g. if cheat is on sunday then i would look much better monday and slightly worse on tuesday and even worse on wednesday before going back to original state on thurs or fri.

One quick question..I have read that Na r ala..lasts for long..so i really dont need to take ir right before the cheat meal. But what about defuse and slintensity.. do we really need to take it 20min before the meal. What about if i take it 1hr or 2 hr before.. it doesnt work?

With Defuse and Recompadrol from my personal experience, i have waited for 30-45 minutes before consuming food on an empty stomach and found i can get bad feelings hypo / low blood sugar so like to use quite close e.g. like the suggested 20-30 minutes prior.

Also when my Recompadrol runs out due to being a now discontinued product, i will happily switch over to using SlinMax which i feel works as well or even better than recompadrol, also will be trying out slintensity so i can compare effectiveness of all 3

The timing that is recommended is to prevent low blood sugar levels. Na-R-Ala can drastically reduce blood sugar, so if you don't eat soon after taking it you can go hypoglycemic. The ingredients will still be effective 2 hours later, but chances are you'll feel very lethargic and drowsy if you don't eat a carb rich meal 15-20 after taking a GDA product

Slinmax is definitely a great replacement for Recompadrol. I enjoyed recompadrol before they discontinued it, but Slinmax is a solid option to use in place of it. I didn't feel Slintensity to be as effective as Recompadrol or Slinmax, but give it a try and see how you like it. I notice great muscle fullness and decreased bloating with Slinmax, which is always nice when consuming a lot of carbs

I must be from another planet than.. I sometimes take 600mg of Na r ala.. and don't eat right away..and I don't feel anything.. but last night I took defuse and slintensity.. and instead of eating after 20min.. it took me an hour and half ..and I did noticed something weird going on.. like I felt hot. I can't really describe. I also noticed that I get full right away.. weird..

If you're not used to going hypo, it's a strange experience. Took me a while to figure out what was happening to me/what it actually was the first few times, but now I know.

Also, I'm like you and it takes a LOT to make me hypo (or at least FEEL the hypo symptoms). I tell people my experience is always to be taken with a grain of salt (or maybe in this case, many grains of sugar), because I had an insulin tolerance test where they dropped my glucose to 13 and I was still conscious and holding normal conversation with the nurse practitioner (just was sweating more than usual).

So what is it an indication of if i can drop a full dose of slinmax and defuse, not eat for hours, and not feel any hypo symptoms? Is that good or bad?

Id assume it means you have naturally high blood sugar, but I could be way off.

I haven't used slinmax, but same scenario with Slintensity swapped in and I'm pretty much in your shoes. FWIW, my fasting glucose level is usually around 90. But if you look at my experience, I'm just a weird weird dude when it comes to this stuff. I know I can still feel the products work; I just don't FEEL myself go hypo while waiting.

Yep, slintensity, FD2, ignite, etc. Everything that others complain of hypo symptoms....nothing. Results, generally yes. Though other than some increased vascularity, I'm still not 100% sold on gda's.
