Okay for trying to gain quality mass with high calories and carbs, which is the most anabolic nutrient partitioner? Pslin, Anabolic Pump, Yellow Gold, Na-r-ALA, or something else?
I honestly don't care at all about pumps, energy, vascularity, etc. I just want muscle building with less fat gain. I'm more concerned with the former than the latter, so gaining muscle is king here.
